Excellent location with great service. The view from 6th floor restaurant is unbeatable!

We were there 6 days. The hotel is nicely decorated but the rooms are very small. Very noisy, every morning we were woken up by people outside our room. We ask d to be move, and the same thing happened in the second room. Very thin walls, and doors. And since the rooms and hallway are so tiny, you are practically sharing rooms with others. Service in the restaurant is very good. The people are wonderful. Everyone is very helpful. Tv’s are very small and the first one had so much static, we couldn’t see anything. Foul smell coming out of the bathroom pipes. Called front desk. They came out but couldn’t fix it. They said it would go away? Overall would not stay there again.

From the arrival until we left the attention to detail and service was exceptional, the treatment was top of the line, they really make us feel like a VIP guest, nlt counting the carpeting on hallways was exepcionally clean

They treated us like royalty from the time we arrived. The first time I didn’t have to give an incidental deposit. The free wine was a nice touch. It’s located near lots of great restaurants. I’ll stay here again when I want to be in the tourist area of the city. Super clean rooms with a great view of the city. The restaurant has a great view at night and the wait staff was great about getting us a table.

Everything about the hotel is fantastic. The entire property is clean and well maintained and beautifully designed. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable and I honestly think had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. The obvious highlight of this hotel is the restaurant. The restaurant overlooks the square and the entire sides of the restaurant open up to make it an open area eating space. I have never had a breakfast experience like the one in this hotel looking out over a beautiful part of the city watching the sun come up over the mountains. Dee included breakfast is as good as the ambience in the evening the dinner menu is fantastic. I won’t hesitate to fly to Mexico City just to have breakfast in that restaurant
