Titanic Hotel Liverpool

Stayed in several other hotels in the city just as good if not better and cheaper

The first room had sick on the floor and stank. Then they sent house keeping to make sure we weren’t lying. And then they moved us room. But the walls were paper thin and we could here the room next doors conversation until 2 AM. And the spa is a rip off for £30 extra!

Fabulous stay - issue with room on arrival, however staff where so helpful and rectified issue straight away. Staff in the restaurant where so attentive and friendly all covid restrictions adhered to.

Came to here as flight was diverted via Liverpool. Was promised 24 hour room service and a good breakfast. Arrived around 10:30pm starving and told no room service is available. Same again in the morning. So went down to breakfast instead and this was poor. A few pastries only, not much to offer. Was expecting more of what I believe was a top hotel. A bit average or below unfortunately. Real shame.

Lovely hotel

The hotel itself and the rooms are great, great location, nice views from the superior dockside view room, nice decoration and very spacious. Otherwise, about the service, I would say the opposite. As a gold member in hotels.com I am used to stay in hotels e wry month, but the titanic made me totally disappointed. The room service is poor, and in the time of check out they called us asking to leave the room in a very rude way, and as it wasn’t enough, they literally opened the door of the room without our permission to ask us to leave, while my husband was going out of the bathroom. They didn’t give any tolerance in the check out time, witch is a common thing in all hotels we stay frequently. Another disappointment was the spa. We were there to celebrate my husbands birthday and as soon as we did the check in we tried to book the spa to use the swimming pool, but they said there was no availability until the end of our stay. About that, I was never informed that I need to book to use the spa area before the check in at the hotel, and also there wasn’t any information in the website that you have to pay 15 pounds per person to use the pool, witch they put as something included in the stay. By the end, no matter how nice the hotel is, the treatment and the bad service can ruin all the experience, like happened with us. I wouldn’t recommend it!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Titanic. The hotel and room was lovely. I didn’t expect my standard room to be so big either! The room view was nothing special, but that didn’t really matter to me. The room maid was nice, she knocked and asked if we needed any extra towels and water the second day we were there and was very polite. Having said that, all the staff were lovely and helpful. All following the current COVID-19 guidelines, making it a very safe and clean stay. The only thing I could critique the hotel on is the location. Before staying, we checked to see if it was within reach of the city centre and it appeared very close by. We started realising that it was quite a walk from the city centre and was in quite a weird location. It is right next to a couple or derelict buildings and I don’t think any room would of had a good view really. Definitely opt to get a taxi if you’re going to and from the hotel with your baggage. The taxis are cheap so it’s worth paying.

Great staff and a fantastic room on the second floor, provided me with an upgrade. Great location.

We loved our stay! The hotel is amazing and the rooms are huge.
