Hotel located in great spot next to shopping right off the highway easy check in. Many places to eat stayed for two nights lots of things to do in Florence. Unfortunately the staff did not always have their masks on or it was hanging below their noses. We could not get our Wi-Fi connected and the front desk only responded with well it's on use your password. we asked for our trash to be picked up after the first night and new hand towels and wash rags and it was all still in the room after our days adventure. The grab and go breakfast was surprisingly good. They only had decaf coffee and hot tea but it served us well. The room was decorated wonderful , beds were however slightly hard and the pillows were a bit flat. Bathroom was was a a decent size and I was surprised to see it was a true walk-in shower. all in all the amenities of the hotel and room were above average. we most likely will stay at this hotel again since we are Hilton rewards members

Dirty room, condom wrapper on the floor. Smelled like urine because of previous animals staying in the room. Elevator buttons visibly dirty. Staff only wearing masks sometimes, patrons not wearing masks at all. I expected more cleanliness specifically during a pandemic, especially for the price I paid and a 3-star hotel. Staff was very friendly, but hotel room was visibly dirty.

The room was clean but the lobby restrooms were filthy and not well stocked. It was evident that the hotel is poorly managed. When we arrived, employees were just conversing with one another; they should have been checking on services and cleaning.

We had high hopes for this hotel after hearing from others and reading reviews. Registration was good....room was large, but used very cheap wood to make closets and shelves. Had a kitchenette w/o the cooking element. That was the best part as we desperately needed the refrigerator/ freezer. Bed was fine but raggedy shades above let in the 1st morning light. Not a great design. The bathroom was rusty around the edges. If you like pet friendly, fine....but we had 2 yipping dogs running around for 1 and 1/2 hours above us, and still at 11:30 p.m. ...called the front desk to complain, and they called back to tell us it was a pet friendly hotel, & that the owner was in the shower....for 1 and 1/2 hours!!!! Where are the crates for the dogs. That was very inconsiderate and really not addressed in a timely manner. Thank goodness we had earplugs! Glad to be out of there and will never come back!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is pet friendly which is important to us. There is plenty of space to walk your dog. They took every precaution for COVID 19 and I understand they did not serve a hot breakfast but the box breakfast was not very good. The pool was clean and the outdoor seating area is awesome and a great way to chat with other travelers.

They stay was great until someone tried to bust the windows out of our truck.

We stayed a night for our daughter’s soccer tournament. The room was clean and neat. It smelled fresh when we first walked in. It’s conveniently located close to lots of great restaurants and I-95. It’s pet friendly and the best thing it doesn’t smell like pets. The served us a boxed breakfast (bagel, cream cheese, yogurt, fruit and two hard boiled eggs). Our girls loved that they even had Nutella available for their bagel. Fresh brewed coffee and Splenda too! We definitely recommend Home 2 Suites by Hilton.

at arrival, nobody at front dest. the attendant showed up after a while and was quick and dismissive. a group of people were having a party in the hotel and the noise went on and on till 4 am. i called front desk and nobody answered. the walls have zero soundproofing. after driving 11 hours I did not expect to go through this. and now I have another 9 hours to drive and my rest was much less than desired

Hiltin Clean Stay made me feel very comfortable with the rooms. We disturbed the neighbors and staff handled the situation fairly and kindly.

Love that it is Pet friendly. Just $50 fee. Enjoyed my stay.
