Great place in Sanur

The hotel has an onsite restaurant and a lovely swimming pool nice flowers all around The receptionist was great very helpful her name was Ade The hotel was not busy at all but i eas given a lovely big room with king bed I couldnt get the internet to work So the night time helper Putu helped me And fixed my problem overall the staff was very nice and friendly Thank you putu and ade Everything was very nice The room rate very gòod And room very comfortable I enjoyed my stay

Have stayed there twice now very friendly staff clean and quiet. Just the pool area is small so lack of available seating but the beach is just down the road.

Stayed for 17 nights and could not be happier with the service provided by all staff from the time of check in at 2am in the morning and check out at 4 am. Totally committed to provide a pleasant and comfortable stay. A special mention to Antari who was in attendance each day for breakfast. My special coffee request was waiting for me each day. Something that i did not expect but was fully appreciated by myself. I was there with my 8 year old daughter and all staff went out of there way to greet her daily and to ensure she had a wonderful holiday. Thank you to all the staff. I will return in the not too distant future.

For our 1st trip to Bali after an upgrade in room we enjoyed our stay. The staff ( Deedee, Antari,Mesya, Sugiantara and especially Mirah at reception) were friendly and helpful. Try Puerta 26 on- site restaurant- high quality food and service. Broke a glass in the room and was made to pay which was disappointing. Be mindful of the wooden bed edges & not to knock shins - left deep bruising. Local faciliteis salon Peni Weni is amazing. There plenty of affordable eating local eateries - you will enjoy!

Overall a great hotel with professional staff. Everything was clean and the pool was so good. Well kept plants everywhere and tasteful decor. Something unusual was although the glass window was floor to ceiling with a view of the garden, it didn’t actually open. So the aircon had to be on all the time. Also the shower head was not good and kind of sprayed water in every direction.

This place is a must! Will be back without a doubt

The hotel was a great place to stay. The staff remember your name, were friendly and were very accommodating. The internet was ok as well. While it certainly is no NBN or similar speed it was good enough to send emails and chat. Watching netflix was a little hard at times. The food was nice and there was plenty of options. The location was nice and quiet compared to kuta. The beach and markets are not far away either. You could walk at anytime of day or night around the local area and be safe. Plenty of beautiful places to see and spend time at. Taxi's were cheap (most trips costing $5-$10..) and I believe most we paid was $30 for a round trip to kuta from Sanur which was 30 minutes away. If you are staying here on a business trip it is a must stay! it is quiet and secluded enough to be able to focus, make and recieve business calls etc while still being close to what you would need.

Taksu Hotel was amazing. The buffet breakfast was brilliant. The staff were beautiful. Everything was clean and very well kept. The pool was fabulous and it was only 10 minute walk to the beach.

Property is small but decent. The room is spacious but dated. There is a broken tiles once you stepped in. The aircon is leaking on my last nite and it continued until i checked out. The street noise can be heard frm my room up till 12am. Breakfast is basic. Almost same menu daily. The breakfast items are only replenished when the trays are empty. So you need to wait. You need to walk abt 10 minutes from hotel to restaurants/bar and another few minutes to beach. Had problem with the hotel credit card machine when paying during checked in. So the staff kept chasing me to settle payment although it was not my fault. The feeling was like you are being monitored. That was not nice. But overall my stay was good

Loved Taksu location as it is just 2minutes from warong jawa moro seneng and Leha-leha which are the 2 most important places (food n spa). The staff were friendly and accomodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast however is not Halal so we had to settle with salads, eggs and fruits. All in all, I enjoyed my stay in Taksu Sanur Hotel.
