Victoria Warehouse Hotel

WOW! Amazing friendly staff!! Beautiful place! The room was small but I didn’t need too much! I was out and about the town most time with help from the desk I was able to make a suitable journey plan. From shopping , food, drinks, and outings the staff was informative and excited with me. WOULD GO BACK

While the entrance and the lobby are cool and trendy, the corridors are glum. The rooms themselves are small, windowless and have no thought in the ammenities; kettle cords that dont reach the floor/desk, broken furniture and are incredibly hot. When it came to 11am, check out time, all staff seemed to be outside on a cigarette break.

there was no window in the room so the temperature was too hot and uncomfortable. the room was very tiny. towels for the shower were too small and like hand towels. plasterwork on the walls was damaged in places. Breakfast was basic and described as continental. Total rubbish. In fact a room at Strangeways would have been a better option. i wouldn't board my dog here.

Horrendous - I did not stay - the room I was given smelled strongly of urine. The receptionist was rude when I complained. The manager was "in a meeting" and still has not called me back despite my requesting it a week ago.

A nice enough hotel sat next door to Old Trafford football stadium. As the name suggests it is an old warehouse, which has been decorated in an industrial style. Lots of exposed brick, industrial furniture and steel shutters instead of curtains. It was not a luxury hotel by any standard but for £60 for the night including breakfast it was fine for what we needed. The rooms have everything you would expect from this price bracket, tea and coffee, hairdryer (although it was a bit temperamental at times) and some toiletries. The finish was a bit rough in plac5e, a bit like it was done as a DIY projects. This wouldn't put off visiting again.
