Was much more than expected. Very roomy. Staff was wonderful!

Incredible,from the first smile as we walked in the door to the cherry “ have a safe trip, see you soon” as we left. Clean, safe- even hand sanitizer and plastic wrapped masks on the dresser. Beautiful room, view and 3 blocks to anywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants close by.

The room was spacious. Loved the separate living room and kitchen. The view was phenomenal. The only drawback for me, the bed was too hard.

We loved the hotel. Will definitely be back and will let family and friends know about your wonderful hotel.

There were 3 things that kept me from giving this hotel a better rating. The first is the fact that we booked a room that was described as handicapped accessible with a roll-in shower. The bathroom in the room we got (with a handicapped parking space in front of it) had a very tiny bathroom with a tub/shower combo that you had to step over to enter the shower, not able to roll into or walk into with any type of disability. Their version of handicapped accessible was a plastic grab bar that was built into the molded shower wall, hardly sturdy or dependable. The vanity and sink were among the tiniest I've seen. This definitely wasn't handicapped accessible and there was no roll-in shower, so either poor communication or false advertising. Given the health issues of myself and my husband, those things were what convinced me to book with them over other listing and then they weren't accurate. Second reason for disappointment was the size of the bathroom and vanity/sink. And the third reason I marked them down was the so called free breakfast. Here is what said breakfast consisted of - a small table with 3 pieces of questionable fruit, a bowl with 3 boxes of mini cereal, some plastic ware, and coffee. There was no milk for the cereal, no bowls for the cereal, and no juice. No hot food at all or seats.

This family owned hotel in the heart of Fort Myers took me in at a time of crisis in their industry when I was alone in Fort Myers to guide my 92-year-old mother through the end of her life after falling in a rehab, transferring to a hospital and then hospice. Everyone at Legacy made me feel so welcome and comfortable it was almost unbelievable. If the whole world were to come together and treat everyone like I was treated by the owners and staff At this boutique hotel, we would already be that much closer to heaven. Thank you Mark.

I liked that I was allowed to leave my car parked at the property for a few hours after I checked out of my room. This allowed me to walk downtown and hang out on the deck for a little more sunshine before leaving for the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet.

We had a suite which was huge. The tiki area/bar on property was not open during our 2 night stay which was disappointing

It was a nice place with a very convenient location. The room was comfortable although an in room microwave would have been nice
