EB Hotel Miami

The hotel and rooms are very nice. They just had a computer issue when we arrived, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very nice, and the food was good, but pricy.

Filthy room. Very dark so did not see all upon entry. Yellow bodily fluids in bathroom. Food on floor near couch. Sticky substances on credenza. Yuk!!!

I needed a real-time PCR test completed In order to travel. The testing facility was located in the parking garage of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helpful while I waited for my results. The internet was reliable and I was able to work in a comfortable location until I was clear To travel the next day.

This hotel really does a good job. Their staff is super friendly. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. Check in was seamless and the concierge who checked me in was very personable. The only thing I would change would be the entrance from the back. When you park behind the hotel, there is what looks like some construction and there is little or no signage pointing out how to get where you need to go. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Beautiful hotel. Very close to airport -perfect for overnight stay. Nice restaurant at hotel. Had to ask for promised free drink tickets -but once I asked there were given quickly.

Front desk agent didn’t seem to know what he was we doing or was new and not yet trained. I had to ask dining options where the elevator is etc. I called to order room service and the person who answered the phone told me he was busy and he would call me back. After 20 minutes he didn’t and I had to call again and order as it was 9pm. I ordered chicken soup and truffle Fries. Both of were horrible and there was no truffle on the fries just fries. The bed and size of room was the best feature of this hotel

This hotel was fabulous me off the valued best hotels I have stayed in. I couldn’t say enough good things about this property. Great location, free airport shuttle, great rooms and design and totally equipped for business meetings. I will definitely stay in an EB hotel when I am in a location where they are.

Excellent facility, but they charged me $61.00 for something they could not justify or even find a record of. As well, they added it to my $100 deposit and still have not refunded either to me as of 10 days after I checked out. Moreover, my room was paid for in advance and I inquired about the charge before I checked out. Very nice hotel, otherwise.

Very irresponsible on the manager side for allowing a well attended political celebration next to the lobby without proper social distancing and health precautions. Besides, the back entrance to the hotel is being remodelled. NO sign telling how to get to the lobby. Had to call reception to have my room cleaned though I went out before noon and came back about 4pm.

Room was awesome. Make sure you have a chip card for checking in .
