It’s good hotel, Clean and comfortable No metrou station in the area

OK hotel but you can’t even drink alcohol in the hotel even I bought a wine WHEN I ASK FOR BOTTLE OPENER THEY SAID THERE IS NONE !! Overall it was nice & clean hotel rooms were very luxurious I enjoyed my time there but it would be much nicer if they got a bottle opener for guests Thnk you

Enjoyed the stay. However, the amenities are lacking for a 5 star hotel... Breakfast was very mediocre.

We arrived at the hotel fairly late. There were 3 people at check-in, one on the company phone, another playing with their mobile and another doing nothing but we had to wait till the busy one was free. There are no do not disturb signs so we were disturbed twice at 9am Turkish time for room service. You have to wear a hat to use the pool but this is not clear till I went to enter the pool, I was told to buy one but you can’t buy one at the spa entrance, you have to buy it at the cafe so you can either go there in your swim wear or you can get changed again to get one. The other thing to mention that the towel provided at the spa was smaller than a hand towel. The complimentary shuttle to the mall of Istanbul never materialised. One person told us it was at 1pm, we got there early but we’re told by someone else that it wasn’t 1pm so we missed it and it was only 25 lira in a cab which is only £3 and the shuttle isn’t guaranteed. The bed and room however was nice and the maid who came in for house keeping was nice.

We had stayed at this hotel 6 years ago but looks like time has done it's damage (although not hugely). A bit out dated 5 star, the restaurant is for a 4star hotel to be honest. Staff are great and do their best. This is not to put you off from going there, room was good and bed was comfortable, the cleaning ladies were super helpful, the price is really affordable and the hotel is worth for staying a night or two if you're like us need a comfortable bed between your flights. It's 30 min drive from the new Istanbul airport.

WanTed to say special thank you to Emre, his customer service skills are amazing, very polite, helpful, attentive to customer needs. Hotel in general is good, the only disappointment were the amenities - hot tub didnt work, hamam had some weird smell, otherwise everything was good.

Best choice for our stay in Istanbul. Very delicious food at the restaurant. Hotel was super clean and the room with large 2 windows.

Simply everything about this property was unique and special

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room in this hotel... It is truly what you expect in a 5 star hotel. Also the room is well equipped and quit. It seems the walls are well insulated to suppress noise. There is slight noise from the road traffic if you leave the window open.. But if you close the window the noise is reduced significantly. That is not avoidable since the hotel is close to the main road and the nearby Ataturk Airport. There is valet and self parking at this hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and speak multiple languages in addition to Turkish (Arabic, English, etc). I used to stay at the Elite Europe hotel, but they raised their prices lately. This hotel is at par with Elite but much lower price. I highly recommend it and would stay here again.
