Hotel Coral Suites

This property was in a great area. The rooftop pool is what made this an incredible stay for me. Also the front desk staff are lovely and accommodating

Hotel Coral Suites has among the best service I have ever encountered. We arrived before the check in time, but they accommodated us by allowing us to check in very early in the morning of our arrival. One of the ladies that work the evening shift even lent us her Metro card for us to travel within the city. That saved us money from having to buy a card. We just paid for the times we used. The staff were always smiling and extremely helpful with any inquiries. The location is close to many eateries, supermarkets, and even the metro. There are many car rental agencies within the block. We felt safe in the area, even at night when we went out for dinner etc. The room itself is very big. We didn't feel suffocated at all with the abundance of space. It came with a huge bed, a small dining table, and a kitchenette. The only qualm we had was that the shower water had only 2 temperatures : very hot or extremely hot. The pool, laundry room, and gym are on the roof and closes very late. We were able to enjoy the sunset and continue being in the pool into night time. The water was also very nice. They have an in-house parking for those using cars. The breakfast spread was acceptable. Lots of fresh fruits readily cut for consumption. And they had warm options (eg eggs, pancakes, sausages, etc) too. Definitely would recommend Hotel Coral Suites, especially for the welcoming service of its staff

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel

The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. What I enjoyed most about the room was it was quiet and sound proof! I have never slept this well in a hotel! The location for perfect was exploring the city. As two single women, we felt very safe walking with each other or alone. We probably would not do that late at night, but we don't do that at home either. The roof top pool was small but perfect.

This hotel met our needs. The room was very large and comfortable, though it was very dark. Our only small window had a large tree right in front of it. The pool area was very nice, though more loungers would have been nice rather than the metal chairs. It was difficult to get towels for the pool, and there were never any extra towels in the room so that was kind of a pain. Breakfast was great, although I wish it started a bit earlier as many days we needed to be leaving the hotel at 7:00AM and so we couldn't get breakfast there. Also one day our room was not cleaned at all, and though I let the desk know that it hadn't been done at about 2:00, nobody came. When I asked a second time a few hours later, they said they would put new towels in our room, but those weren't there when we returned from dinner, so I had to ask yet again just to get towels. Still, virtually all of my interactions with staff were great. Most desk staff had very good English, and if they didn't, they were able to get a supervisor who did. I am not sure whether I would stay again, but it was fine, and we booked on a good sale, so for the price we paid, it was great!

I stay with Coral Suites whenever I am in Panama City. I know that I will have a large, clean and comfortable room. The staff are very friendly and willing to help if a need arises.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Coral Suites! The staff deserves a shout out, really welcoming and professional!! Our room was clean and equipped with a full kitchen! Super convenient! Our room was overlooking the Calle D, which is awesome for the view but the taxis are honking at pedestrians for fares. We didn’t mind at all since we wanted to visit as much as possible! We also liked the roof top pool and the skyline view! Really awesome! We would recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Panama City, super close to shopping areas, restaurants and the city Metro system (subway)
