Inn at the Prom

My husband and I planned our stay as a cozy winter getaway. We booked this room primarily because it had a fireplace and a spa tub. Check in was awkward as it was unclear where we were to check in and where we could park. When we checked in at about 4:00 the receptionist said that the office would close at 7:00 so if we needed anything we would have to access it before 7:00. Immediately upon checking into our room we found that the fireplace didn’t work. We reported this to the young woman in reception. She didn’t look up from her personal phone but said that she would see if she could get maintenance. After hearing nothing from either reception or maintenance by 6:00 I called for an update. The receptionist said she hadn’t heard from maintenance. I asked about moving to a different room and was told the only available room would be an additional $70. I declined that suggestion as it seemed unreasonable to be charged a great deal more because the room that we had paid for was not functioning properly. A while later maintenance arrived. The worker was pleasant and was able to repair the fireplace. This episode took nearly three hours and delayed our settling into our room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the spa worked. The decor is dated but functional. The woman working reception at checkout was very pleasant. It is possible that had she handled check in our experience would have been more positive.

Excellent stay ocean front room with balcony. Rooms was nice, but a bit too small since the desk was tiny.

Our stay was great. The room was very neat, the ocean view was spectacular. My kids loved it. Room was a little small, but overall we enjoyed ourselves. Bathroom is actually very nice as well, with a tub that fits an elephant witch was great because I'm a big guy. We will be staying!

I arrive with my family lp light dod not work vary hard to park in small parking .we got to the room no hot water to take a shower our baby didi not shower until the follwing day we had to use the sink hot water to fill the tub payd top doler for this room and no mainance on site to help with the problem and was not call back to check on us not vary good stay...I was there for 2 days did not move js to another room....

Loved the layout of the room. Loved the jacuzzi tub. Did not love the tv situation with 3 different remotes. Loved the charm. Bedding could use more blankets.

I found this room on hotels.com the night before as I was doing a road trip up the Oregon Coast. This room ended up being amazing and I would highly recommend it. Right on the beach, I had a partial view of the ocean, a king bed that was very comfy, a kitchenette, and best of all a jacuzzi bathtub! I will definitely be back!

Good room. Pull out bed was a little loud whenever you moved on it and space is a little tight with the coffee table. Overall the view was amazing and to be right on the beach, worth it!!! Room is better for two people only. And we got to have the pups, definite plus!!! ☮️💙🙂

We have stayed at several hotels in Seaside, this is defiantly our favorite so far. It looks dated on the outside, but once inside the rooms have been updated and they have excellent Sealy beds. Right on the beach, and a short walk to downtown. Well certainly stay again.
