The hotel was very personable. When you walked inside the hotel, you will be greeted right away they will take your temperature. The person that check us in is amazing! I forgot his name, he gave us 2 free drinks in Metropole bar. He was very hospitable and very nice! Graham, our server is very nice as well! He always check us and make sure everything is okay.It's our first time in Metropole and suggested us his favorite drink. He made our first experience memorable. My husband said the food and service are excellent! No view on our room, in which I figured out since the hotel is located in the middle of downtown and there are tall buildings around it. The tub is small but the room is very clean! I love the Museum and they always change it every 6 months I believe. My only concern was we had one issue in our room in which the shower pressure was really slow we did let it run for 5-10 mins and took a bath the water is boiling!! When we tried to put it in cold temperature like the water is just dripping. I checked out and wanted to let them know about it but the lady that check us out did not ask how was our stay and we were just standing there waiting for her to ask us or I was about to tell her about the shower but she took the phone call and we just left. She told me she will email my folio but I never received it and did not confirm my email on file :(

Very unique decor in public spaces. The room was quite a contrast as it was decorated in neutral colors. I thought it was odd that the bed had only 2 pillows. The bed was a bit soft for me. The room was comfortable, temperature-wise and was quiet. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly.

The service was above and beyond! The staff was very happy to help and very friendly. The women at the front-desk was extremely helpful and sweet and let us know to check out the art on every floor and gave us a brilliant idea of going on the elevator and stopping at every floor. We did this the following morning while staying in the elevator and checking out the art at each stop. It was brilliant! I also called for ice and the ice came to our door within a couple minutes. We also called for more coffee pods in the morning and asked for 1 and was happily asked for which pod and he proceeded to ask to bring 2 of each kind. We had the best customer service ever!!! We will be back!

The room was dark (many lights didn't work), I wasn't emailed a receipt after my stay (which creates unnecessary work when doing expense reports). The location is great and the night staff went out of their way to be friendly. We're in crazy Covid times so I completely understand the lack of breakfast/coffee, but other hotels have figured that out. It was just "ok".

Run down room worn out carpet and dirty, no TV signal( didn't pay the bill I guess) on arrival I was greeted by a weird character with purple hair ( I like artist but) and was not impressed at all. It proceeded to tell me that the roof top bar was out of commission, dang....., that's one of the reasons I book the hotel. Next The "ART" my 3 year old can do better art work than the stuff they display. lesson learned you can dress up a monkey in a tux but is a monkey regardless The price...... Hmmmm First time Last time

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Our wedding weekend was fabulous and the art gallery was unique, intriguing and beautiful.

A weekend getaway todowntown Cincinnati. Great location and friendly staff/service. They make you feel welcomed and helpful. The room was comfortable and bathroom is well designed and appearance. Nice gym for workouts and close location to the riverfront for a run.
