Such a cute hotel, well located also.

I was put in a tiny run down room, horrible smell, no closet (at all!) no safe, broken toilet seat, tiny port hole window to abandoned yard next door. I have stayed in many hotels in Israel, this was the worse by far.

should not even be listed - more like a hotel to hire by the half hour!

On the whole, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for us, being extremely close to the beach promenade and the activities we’d travelled for. But it was an inauspicious start when we arrived - we waited at the desk in the entrance area for a full 15 minutes with no-one to attend to us, apart from the hotel cat. When the lady on duty did eventually come, she sent us up to a room with a hi-tech door lock that wouldn’t lock. She dismissed this as no big deal, and that she’d get someone to fix it the following day. But we were unhappy to stay in a room that wasn’t secure and asked to be moved to another. She found another one, but this smelled so intensely of cat urine that we had to ask for a third. This one was largely fine, with a nice balcony and very comfortable bed. We were able to overlook the negatives (the wallpaper was ripped in a few places, there was barely any space to hang clothes, there were no instructions on how to use the safe), and resisted complaining when the shower screen knob (which was only loosely attached and had a large sharp chunk missing from it) dropped off and nicked my foot. The breakfast was OK, if bland and not exactly generous. And we weren’t told about the nice roof terrace and found it by accident on the last day. But when the young gentleman was on reception we were happy. He was very friendly and took any concerns seriously, helping us use the safe and ordering us taxis. This hotel could be superb - but it needs a lot of TLC.

I love the location and its character especially the welcome and helpfulness of the staff.

A very small hotel with very small rooms and a very small dining room. Nice area. unfortunately my room didn't have a window. Except that, was a nice stay.

Location was 5 minutes from so much including the beach. Staff were awesome and breakfast was nice. Highlly recommend

Allowing it was Shabbat, Staff member on the Friday evening, treated my husband and I with contempt when asking for hot water for a cup of tea. Allowing she was busy at the computer and found it difficult giving acknowledgement or any time to guests in a pleasant manner, as was accorded to her. Bedroom very small, would have been more suitable for a single person. Staff were not accommodating in seeing to guests dietary requirements for breakfast. Staff member on arrival was most pleasant and helpful, did not have the pleasure of seeing her around thereafter.
