Villa Nirvana

Villa Nirvana is a real treasure, tucked away in a quiet area but still only 15 minutes walk to the centre of Ubud. I had an enormous private villa (Ananda), which had three different sitting areas, a separate dressing room, a bathroom partially open to the night sky, a fridge and tea-making facilities. The bed was enormous (and comfortable) but the highlight was the private infinity pool. In the photos it looked like a little lap pool, in reality it was at least 6m long, sparkling clean and surrounded by lush tropical plants. Why did I bother packing a swimsuit? I certainly didn't need it! Villa Nirvana also has a small, affordable spa and a lovely open restaurant that serves simple, tasty meals throughout the day and evening (also available in your room). If you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you - it is located up LOTS stairs and there are also steps up to each villa and the restaurant. Staff will carry your bags, and are also super-friendly. I loved Villa Nirvana and will definitely be back.

Very comfortable and relaxing. Great little place close to the main market but just far enough to be away from the noise and bustle. Staff are great and very helpful. Small restaurant serves an awesome breakfast. Would stay again without hesitation. Pool was clean and amazing. Thank you Landry and team for an awesome stay.

The staff, food and room were excellent - thank you. The location is a little out of the way. The Villa did offer a small transport to and from the main road so you could catch a taxi or meet your driver. We opted to walk, except when we had bags.

Quite and clean the staff are really friendly the breakfast by the pool is a must

Thank you to all the nirvana staff for being so helpful and pleasant, they arranged which ever activity i wanted to do for the day, The main thing i look for in my stay is cleanliness and the nirvana ticked all the boxs, as soon as i arrived i requested the bed sheet to be changed and staff were more than happy to do so (i request this where ever i stay). Food was nice, area was nice and quite, i would definitely rebook the nirvana when in ubud. I had some nice pictures to share of the villa but not sure as to why i couldnt upload

Villa Nirvana is an oasis, a little bit of paradise away from the hustle and bustle. The 1 bedroom villa, Ananda Sri, with private pool was special. The staff were friendly and always available to assist with any request. I would highly recommend

All staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Villas are beautifully decorated and set in lush tropical gardens. We were very pleased with the range of food at the Villa Nirvana Banana Leaf restaurant and ate breakfast & lunch there every day. We enjoyed a couple of visits to the Villa Nirvana Spa. Villa Nirvana is located approximately 15 mins walk from the centre of Ubud and is a great place to escape from the noise and crowds. Although we chose to walk to and from Ubud centre on most occasions, it was easy to find a taxi in either direction costing approx USD 5. I would love to stay at Villa Nirvana again!

Rooms and pool were in great shape and the staff was amazing.
