Pleasantly surprised 😊

I was pleasantly surprised on arrival was not too impressed with reception area seemed very dated. But the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good the manager of restaurant had a good system and wonderful staff. My only complaint is the long ques waiting for drinks at pool bar could do with more staff.

Air conditioning poor.

Nice hotel,air conditioning not good in room. We asked about it and nothing changed. Not enough beds around pool, covid was the reason given.

I and my husband travels a lot. We love to stay and always book an all inclusive 5 stars or 4 stars hotel so we were a little bit shocked when we arrived in this hotel. In our opinion, this hotel should not be considered as a 4 star hotel in its current state. For us, The most shocking part of the hotel is our room which seriously needs to be looked into. Deep cleaning and immediate repairs or even just touch-ups need to be done in it. The bed is comfortable though and the water pressure of the shower is good as well. The hallways outside the rooms looks so dated, walking along it is not pleasant at all. There is free wifi but only in the reception area and the connection is so slow. If you want wifi in your room, you need to pay 5 euros a day or 15 euros for a week. We never experienced this wifi situation before. You would have thought the wifi connection is already included in what you paid for but in this hotel it is not the case. The fridge in our room was empty which is strange for us as well so if you want a glass of water or juice out of the mealtime hours you need to go down to the pool bar and stay in long que to have sometjhing to drink. In all our stays in different all inclusive hotels, the fridge is full of drinks and snacks. Some of the hotel staff were helpful and friendly but some appears rude and not willing to help. The food quality and choices during mealtimes are good. Most of the drinks comes from dispenser machines including coffee.

Not 4 star but a nice hotel.

The provisions they put in place with regards to COVID-19 Were fantastic, had sanitisers all around the hotel and table constantly being cleaned as well as sun beds. As for out room, comfy bed but the shower leaked all over the floor and the shower head needed fixing. Wardrobe did not have space to hand long dresses. Food was fine, some days better than others but good array and choice, a lot of pork as another review said but it was very good pork! Bar sometimes got busy but did not take long to get served, all inclusive so not the best quality of drinks but did not really expect it. Bar staff were okay but the lady serving was miserable! Entertainment was good would of been great if not all in french with a little bit of English! Half way through our week Rachel arrived and then told us what was happening and translated, she was very good. Pool good but we mainly sat by the quieter section near the children’s pool. Close to the beach. Definitely not a 4 star hotel but for what we paid I very happy.

I thought this hotel was really nice. The beach/supermarket is 10 min walk. Good entertainment and Aqua gym. Receptionist, bar staff, chefs, restaurant staff, room cleaners & Lifeguards are lovely, kind and helpful. Taxi to Magaluf is about €7 one way. Masks are mandatory in reception and for collecting buffet food for yourself they provide gloves, which is very clean and I felt safe. Deposit for plastic cup is €1. Deposit for blue pool towel is €10. Free WiFi in reception. Kids loved getting drinks themselves, they liked the dance routines. I did aqua gym. There is shampoo/soap/towels in the room but I would take conditioner if I went again. Beds were fab. Balcony was lovely. We did not look over the pool but the view was still very nice of green trees. There seemed to be enough sun loungers for everyone. If you know a bit of french or Spanish it will make the interaction with the workers a more fun experience. The floor is very hot around the pool so take flipflops.

Superb Hotel

Great place!! Three nights at the end of October and we loved it. Great value hotel with a superb food offering - so many different choices of lovely food all day. Nice staff and a good atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place

Amazing holidays all the family. Very good service, good area and activities for all of us, however cleaning was very poor in the rooms.

Awful place, noisy, dirty not enough tables at meal times. Had to ages just to get a drink. Shower was broken, air con broke. How this place is a four star I'll never know.

Not amazing, not the right place if you're looking for nature. Food quite decent, animation OK but cleanliness was not great. The corridors in particular were quite dirty. Staff helpful but cold and distant. Overall not an unforgettable experience. Would not recommend it.
