This little hotel is in a central location where you could walk to the seafront or walk to the Hagia Sophia, and the surrounding tourist streets. We walked all the way to the Grand Bazaar too. It may not be for everyone but we walked almost everywhere. That is not all, the staff are the nicest people. The manager Mehmet goes way beyond his duty to help us book tours, find transport and took a burden off our shoulders, to help us get to the right place when we had to leave after three wonderful nights at this hotel. If you are looking for fancy hotel, go to the big ones. This is a small service oriented place staffed with kind, helpful people. Thanks to Faruk we found a wonderful place within walking distance, to dine. Thank You!

Hotel is perfect if you are traveling on low budget. It is clean, their breakfast is good, the staff is very friendly and it is in a good location, walking distance to everything.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Best feature is the location of the hotel. Few minutes away from Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Haya Sophia, Marmara Beach cruise, Restaurants etc. They arranged airport pickup and drop off for us.

The hotels owner is an extreme trouble maker. Once we bought some food and were very exited to eat, the boss said it was a "Problem" to eat in the hotel room!! The next day we brought chairs that were in the hotel room to the balcony since we did not have enough chairs, then we went out and it started raining and when we came back the boss (owner) said it was a big "problem". When we checked on the chairs they were perfectly fine! There was no problem with them. The breakfast was horrible! I saw a fly on piece of cheese, and the boiled eggs were old and not fresh at all plus no enough varieties, its the same basic breakfast every day. The hotel is not really near to blue mosque as advertised, its 15 minutes walking. The first day AC was dribbling water the whole night, luckily they fixed it the next day. The room bedding is really cheap and uncomfortable at all , the blankets were like a curtains! With very rough texture that we couldn't use them at all. If I should mention one good thing about the hotel then I would say the reception staff (mainly Mr. Naamat ) who tried his best to fix his " boss " bad behavior, also he is very helpful and willing to give sincere advices.

Good value for money place, located 5 mins walking from the Palace, Hagia Sofia. It's in the old town, and you can have a great time walking around. The sea is 5 mins walk. Little basic in facilities, but great spacious rooms and friendly staff and host.

Enjoyed our stay very much, super friendly and service minded staff. Definitely recommend a room with a view. If/when we return to Istanbul, this will be our choice of hotel.

They never changed the bed-liners, the cleaner lady was someone you didn’t want see first in the morning she never reapplied to your greetings. Others staff were friendly and nice, but some receptionist try to sell you tours and laundry service with high price. The Airport shuttle reservations cost me €40. When I was going back to Airport it was 134 Turkish liras which was around €20, and that was on a normal yellow taxi running his miter. The location was great about 8-10 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet museums. Breakfast was also good.

Met up with our family for a visit to Istanbul. Rooms were comfortable ,a/c great, Wifi also good.Not far from local attractions and a great fruit/ veggie store just outside the hotel. A little corner store, borek stand and a really nice restaurant beside us. Breakfast was simple but good.Our sons room had a deck, so very nice to sit out and look at the ocean, room for the kids.Towels a little frayed and some pillows were with stains and no pillow cases. The people who run this are very kind people, we enjoyed our stay. Budget hotel ,so don’t expect fancy, but it did the job!
