They told me Expedia never paid them and I had to stand outside 2 hours until a manager come!!!! This has never happened before and I been booking with Expedia over 5 years.
The whole 6 hours there was trash. I use my hotel bookings for 8 hours for a court order supervised visit with my daughter. I only get the rooms because we are not from Houston nor have family so we need a place where we can hang out.
Room dirty and bed smelled like urine. There was no soap and had argue with maid for a bar because she insists she out one in there. Dirty and smelly inside property and outside.
Needed an inexpensive room just for one night. At first sight the hotel seemed a bit hidden but the parking lot is very well lit up; therefore, I did not worry about my car being parked outside all night. Our room was also exceptionally clean! I would definitely stay here again.
The beds were terrible and the neighbors worse. Switched rooms because the 1st bed was broken and the ac in the room we switched to was bad. The pool was closed for "covid 19".

Stayed 5 nights here w my adult daughter. I usually book by ratings and this place was not a 7.6. I would give it a 6.0 tops. The lobby was closed down throughout, check-in was done outside in 95° through a glass window that you had to yell for them to hear you and I couldn't hear them one bit!! Room looked old, holes in walls, bad tiles on base. Maid service was horrible, slid a table and garbage was under the legs. They had no masks when cleaning and one had their 5 yr old kid running around whilst they worked. I skipped maid service one day because we stayed in. Next day I gave her a $10 tip as she came to our room, apon our return it wasn't swept and the 4 paper-ish coffee cups we use were not replaced. Had to go to the outside check-in and they only gave me 2!! Room smelt musky the whole stay. The beds where the only comfort, bathroom was clean. Would not stay here again, many better choices for a few bucks more.
Called ahead to make sure there was a place to rest before room was ready. I was told yes, and that was it. When I arrived I was told to wait outside in 90°f heat and 70% humidity. When room became available, actually rather quickly, I was given the key cards and told $15 extra. I would've stayed and waited out my time at the airport, had I known. I disappointingly agreed. When I went to the room it smelled strongly of new, fresh paint. Room cleanliness was fair, at best. A lot of "something" stuck all over the tile floor. Thought it was bedbugs at first but more like a residue. Woke the next morning with a pounding headache & nausea from the fumes. Decided to make a cup of coffee and the coffee maker was broken missing parts and inoperable. :-/ Called the front desk and asked for an earlier shuttle back to the airport - almost 6hrs before my flight but better than the fumes in the room. Front desk clear originally asked me, "what's wrong with the room?! Why do you want to leave earlier than scheduled??" She didn't sound accommodating until I said paint smell overwhelmed me and felt toxic. By the time I got to the airport I was vomiting. Not a way to begin an international flight. Was told I could only exchange out room if I'd reported the issue within the first 10 minutes. Bad experience.
Room was clean. Front desk was helpful. Shuttle to and from airport was very nice took my worries away.
