Nice Hotel, with excellent location. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Highly recommendable especially rooms with poolview.

Not sure where all the positive reviews come from so I am assuming it must be our room which generates this quite negative review. The positive reviews perhaps raised expectations which the reality failed to match. We were in the annexe, room 025, which was like a scene from a 1970s TV show. It was clean and functional, but that's about it. The beds are very hard indeed, and the fridge sounds like an RB211 taking off most of the night. There is no comfort cooling, and so it got very warm at night and just to add a touch of irony we couldn't have the patio doors open as the noisy units, for the cooling to the rest of the hotel, are situated just outside. The room is also next to the service gate so we got the 3am bin/bottle collection, the 7.00am staff arrivals and the 7.30am group staff discussions just outside the room. The pool is nice, NOT heated, and so unusable for most at this time of year. Sunbeds are fine, and plentiful. Breakfast was poor, very little choice, same every morning and if you get down past 9.00am there is generally nowhere to sit. We went elsewhere for breakfast for the last few days. So in all, very average and certainly not a place we would recommend or return to. It may have been the price we paid, the younger age group we are or just bad luck, but if you are in the annexe try and get a move, especially if you are towards the road or service gate. The location is ideal, close to the beach and 'strip' but not too close.

Refurbished 1 bedroom apartment it was very nice. Bed was comfy huge Balcony.plenty sun beds although in January 10.15 before first sun beds get sun however plenty of them. Had breakfast included which was good. Although sausage and bacon was not to my liking. Great position under 5 mins from entertainment and restaurants Only 2 things was when booked asked for pool room so would get sun on balcony and late check out. When arrived advised couldn’t get pool room but late checkout should be ok to check 2 days before. Went to reception as advised but said couldn’t get late check out as hotel now full. No curtesy room or showers so had to change in disabled toilet. Would book this hotel again but not if I had a late flight

Very clean friendly staff brilliant accommodation lovely location excellent on the bus route which was great Downside it would have been nice to have a washing machine in the apartment.,most do now On the whole will definitely go to the Andorra again

The location was great , lovely clean accommodation ,staff very pleasant and accommodating . The negative points were, no sun on our balcony At anytime of the day. We booked And paid for our accommodation almost a year in advance after being shown a very sunny apartment , but unfortunately we didn’t stay on that side of the hotel . I wouldn’t recommend staying half board , the food is poor, very meal is cold and bland. The variety is very basic . Breakfasts are ok and passable but the evening meal should be avoided . I would be happy to stay in the Andorra in the future, but only in Apartment (Room only ) on the sunny side Of the hotel .

The hole trip was class from check in to going home

Lovely, clean hotel. Only one little minus...dinner buffet a bit poor, not much food to choose from.

Hotel is great especially for self catering, I tried the food there this time and I would not do it again, I didn't think it was good enough
