Nautibeach Condos

Staff friendly, food excellent, room with great view and daily cleaning service. Very close and walking distance to civic center of town and best beaches.

Even after 2020’s Covid 19 & A week after Hurricane Gamma, everything At Nautibeach Condos was so amazing! Gameba and her staff made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The rooms, halls, pool areas & even the beaches were kept spotless, free of any debris & sanitized at all times. It honestly doesn’t get any better than this quaint little corner of Isla Mujeres.

Everyone was super nice property is very nice and clean great location if you want to be close to town an playa del Norte would absolutely stay here again was extremely nice having a condo with friends and had 2 separate rooms full kitchen etc 5out of 5 stars

Our stay was perfect. The condo is well equipped for cooking, spacious with a good layout. The pool was wonderful as was the beach. Everything was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. If we have an opportunity to return to Isla Mujeres, this is definitely where we would stay again.

First off let me say that we have stayed at this property several times in the past but rented directly from owners. This particular room itself was nicely decorated and clean but the location was terrible for what we paid for and we should have been notified of the pre-existing issues in advance. We arrived, checked in, were given the key but no one showed us the room. We were just sent there. The safe didnt work, we couldnt determine how to use the key to the main door to the patio and no amenities were explained. Fortunately for us we had stayed at the property before so at least we were somewhat familiar with the layout, but they did not know that. The biggest complaint was that our room was literally on the corner of the street with people walking by and peering in our windows and on our patio in droves all day and into the night because it was along the main public beach access pathway. (Imagine the John Candy Movie, “Summer Rental”) That being said, we had to keep our curtains closed at all times, didnt enjoy sitting on our outdoor patio and felt like we were forced to stay in a dark cave. Next to mention is that there is now a HUGE outdoor Wedding/Event Palapa Center located directly next to the unit and it has enormous loud parties EVERY single night with no curfew, well into the early morning hours. Even on a Sunday night event, the music was blasting until 4:00 am Monday morning. We were assigned end unit #35. Not exactly our peaceful vacation. ?

Great property right on the beach just as describes

Nautibeach Condos was a 5 minute walk from the ferry, and very easy to find. Accommodations were very clean, and area was quiet. The staff at the registration desk were very helpful in assisting us in getting our luggage to us as it did not come with us on our flight. Pool and beach were well kept and relaxing. I will come back again next year.

We loved how close it was to the downtown area. The pool and beach were very nice. Only issue we had is there was only 3 towels in the room and we had 4 people but we made it work! Other then that we loved everything and would stay here again in the future!
