ibis Dijon Gare

The hotels location is excellent, close to the main station and the city centre. As of writing Aug 20 work to extend the station mean that access to tye station is from the other side of the tracks.

De passage à Dijon en train, ai trouvé cet hôtel très proche de la gare, et malgré tout très calme, très confortable, qui semble tout neuf, le personnel très aimable, le petit déjeuner excellent (confiture locale, variété des jus de fruits et des gâteaux, viennoiseries croustillantes)

Near the station and the staff were friendly

Front desk was very nice. Great location and free parking can’t be beat. Room is basic but clean and modern.

We booked the room for three and had one extra child with us. They were very accommodating in getting us a conjoined room to make it more comfortable. Staff from the main reception, restaurant and housekeeping were very polite and friendly. The fact that the rooms have no carpet make a huge difference and they are very clean. The bathrooms could be cleaner but everything was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing, just like the service. It is a pity they don't have many vegetarian options but I was happy with my soup and the cheese platter afterwards. Breakfast was more than what we expected. So many options! Location was also good. Just a few minutes walk from the city.

We had booked breakfast inclusive. When we checked in the receptionist said that breakfast was not included for our 10 and 15 year old kids. No where on hotels.com did it mention this. Also, I find it weird that if I had booked as 4 adults, then breakfast would be included. The hotel charged me extra for the kids breakfast, which hotels.com refunded. The hotel is in a very good location with just a short walk to the train station and to the high street with all the restaurants and shopping.

Excellent hotel bit the drive nks are soooooo over priced. 35 euros for 4 gin and tonics! A bottle of wine starts at 29 euros, in France!!

Requested a family room for 3 and received two inadequate single beds pushed together with two single quilts! Room was under-equipped (no kettle tea coffee etc) and generally unclean. Paid for Staff were friendly and professional but overall hotel was very poor.
