Zar San Luis Potosi

This was an inexpensive stay right off the SLP bypass around town. Fine for our purposes of a quick overnight stop, but it is out in an industrial area. The property was having problems with locks and room keys during our stay, so the desk clerk had to let you into your room each time you closed the door behind you. Overall the staff was friendly, the rooms were basic but very clean. Well lit parking lot and night-time security. Negatives were never had hot water, WiFi was quite slow and there is no elevator in this property.

My reservation does not exist. The holes was overbooked by Travelocity 🙁

This is not a 3.5 star. Barely a 1 star. It was under construction. Noisy, no hot water, bedding terrible, and traffic noise all night. Should not be renting rooms in this condition. They should have paid us to stay. I would like a refund for this room.

This is a dirty, very uncomfortable hotel. The bed was about broken, no food, out of way for anything else. The window would not shut - it was freezing cold. No heat or A/C.

Good place to stay for a quick stop on a trip. A few restaurants within a few km, but none really in walking distance. Very basic, but clean and quiet.

I reserved five nights and was shorted two tonight's by the hotel along with other family members, but they were able to keep their 5 day reservations but expedia and Zar hotel did not keep my reservation even though expedias email stated "Your reservation is confirmed. No need to call to reconfirm" will never use expedia ever again

The only reason I will stay here again is. Ecause it has Wi-Fi and is dog friendly. . Room was dirty, not enough towels,

Problemas con suministro de agua caliente, por lo que el ingeniero esperando llegar a tener una buena experiencia bajó a recepción para avisar.

Las habitaciones son como aparecen en las fotos. Es muy conveniente como hotel de paso, mientras haces un viaje largo. En la recepción, en el check-in, el empleado que nos atendió no era amable y quería cobrar de más. Al final se resolvió, pero se tuvo que hablar a Expedia por ayuda.

Recepcion con excelente servicio y alternativas de solución.
