Ilum Experience Home

We loved the Ilum Experience Home, a great location, walking distance to Palermo Hollywood, beautiful room, a comfortable bed, and wonderful service. Can't recommend it enough!

Helpful front desk staff. Noisy at times at night if room facing the street.

Had a relaxing stay for 2 nights. Staff were friendly & helpful. Hotel is modern & clean. Will come back next time in town.

Very clean modern boutique hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately while we were there the pool area was put out of commission. Bring your own soap bar. The soap they give you in the bathroom is about the size of a pat of butter. When you first arrive in your room you are normally thirsty. So they have a small bottle of Evian water there for you to purchase for 380 pesos. Big rip off. They have a small mini bar that we never used for the same reason. You are also instructed that you cannot put any personal items in the mini bar. What?? The bathtub is small it’s a bath. Shower combo. And the bathtub itself smooth, rounded interior corners and very slippery so You must be very careful entering and leaving the tub. We found the location to be very good. Although I think Palermos Soho has more restaurants and bars. We would stay here again but would recommend to management to offer complementary bottled water to their guests and cough up an extra few pesos for a decent size bar of soap for the shower. They did provide us a free bottle of wine while we were there because we could not use the pool area at all for the entire week. Which was nice. The biggest plus is the staff. Extremely helpful extremely friendly.

The service of the staff is impeccable. They patiently replied a dozen emails from me.

The services (helpfulness off staff, breakfast, pool, etc) and location are excellent (several excellent bars and restaurants within 1-4 blocks). The rooms are clean and nice but could use an upgrade.

We had a great stay. Great staff - very friendly and helpful (and English speaking). Great location with lots of restaurants. Very clean and very comfortable - we slept very well. Nice breakfast buffet. In summary, a great stay.

The best choice for Buenos Aires. Luxury houtique hotel at a great location. Palermo Hollywood is full of restaurants, bar, awesome murals, very hipster and very safe. The Hotel is beautiful, i stayed twice and both rooms have had great balconues. Thebpool, gym and leisure areas are great. The breakfast is included and it has a great selection, fresh friit, fresh oastries, eggs, yougurt, quite a lot to choose from. The front desk staff will make your life easy, got me shows and taxis and great recomendations. Will stay here again. I tried the Dazzler too..it was ok but does not compare to Ilum. Stay Here.
