Abidos Hotel Apartment - Al Barsha - Dubai

Rooms were not ready until 5:30pm. Some reception staff spoke with attitude during the stay but the Manager was understanding. Street noise on lower rooms. Jacuzzi not working and pool was cold. Breakfast area not appealing but good dining options outside the hotel. Overall 2 stars experience at max. Will not visit again.

I’ve booked at Abidos for at least 4 nights on different occasions and my problem was always the same - poor house keeping. You have to call multiple times for house keeping to actually show up and if you aren’t in the room then they don’t clean anything. Also, every room I’ve stayed in the kettle ALWAYS didn’t work and I had to call for another one. Maintenance should be done on all electronics. Other than that, reception were very friendly, except for one guy in the night shift which was very snobby. Rooms are spacious and you have most electronics you’d need.

The staff was very kind and helpful but the hotel is old, the room was huge though. Walking distance to the MOE.

Service was good. Cleaning staff very good and friendly. Property area was close walking distance to mall. Few issues were corrected timely (washing machine, hot water). Would stay here again without hesitation.

The service provided by everyone was outstanding. Especially Kamlesh in Housekeeping.

The Abidos apartment hotel is beautiful. It had great amenities ( rooftop pool with great lounge area for guest, with refreshments sold up there) (supper convenience gym we used) fabulous food and room service that we also used everyday (Housekeeping was done everyday and the apartment and hotel are super clean and kept immaculate) The front desk was so helpful with everything from checking in to answer questions we had everyday as this was our first trip to Dubai, to exchanging currency to helping us order out and scheduling airport shuttle and helping with print outs from our COVID testing done at the American Hospital Dubai. The hotel is well known by taxis and car service and Al Barsha is a great area centrally located in walking distance to The Emirates Mall and local restaurants and supermarkets. Finally the view we had from our balcony on the 13th floor was breathtaking every morning afternoon and at night we could see as far as the eye could see all the lights in beautiful architecture and landscape. Went to spend the weekend with a couple of friends for a quick catch-up.The hotel staff is friendly / the rooms are well kept and comfortable and the hotel is walking distance to supermarkets etc. The property is not extremely modern, however not very old either. The tea pot / microwave had a few issues but got promptly replaced. Even though we hadn’t ordered from the hotel, the menu didn’t look that appealing. Overall the 2bhk apartment was pretty big and we had a good experience.

I have been to several hotel apartments I. Dubai and this is easily my favorite. It’s located in a great location, and the accommodation itself is very modern and extremely comfortable. Perfect place for me and my family. The only thing that I would suggest is that they invest in some English channels for children. There were only Arabic cartoons available.

Nice and spacious rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Room service was punctual and very courteous. The property is next to amenities and restaurants. Mall of the Emirates is just 10min walk. Good family apt.
