Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Most of the staff was very nice....Rihanna at the preferred club was incredible.....The facility itself was gorgeous,,,, the evening shows were good.....My overall score I select that we had a good time and our experience was favorable. The only disappointing area was the food....We went to 4 restaurants that were at the facility,,,, The best was the Mexican restaurant,,, next was the Chinese,,, and the two we disliked were the American and French.....Even if we had to pay more for our trip to have better quality in the food,,, we would.... Pickup the quality in the food and this resort will surely be one of the best....

Our stay at the hotel was awesome! We felt very safe being there during covid! Hand sanitizers everywhere, temp check at the gym and every staff member wearing masks. The beach and pool were great and clean as well! A big thank you to our maitre d Miguel who took amazing care of us throughout our stay! We cannot wait to go back. Our cleaning lady María was a doll who really kept our room super clean! The restaurants were great! Chef Manuel a big thumbs up on your catering food was delish !! and the rest of the staff here to name a few Rosa, glady, aneudi,yunil ! But everyone was super attentive! Thank you for your hospitality with us ! And the entertainment team Garfield and his crew thank you for making the pool fun! I can’t wait to go back!

The resort did the best it could considering the situation with Covid. The beach and pool were beautiful and easily the best part. Well manicured sand with lots of water sports like tubing and parasailing etc. Plenty of beach chairs and palapa’s even in the non-preferred and plenty of space at the pool even on New Year’s Eve. No towel card required and no towel return was great. The food was truly inedible in most cases including undercooked chicken, seafood cross contaminating everything. Obtaining diet code “Coca Cola de dieta” was next to impossible no matter how many times you ask. Wine or champagne is your jam you will be in heaven. Staff wore masks all the time but guests were ABC blue to decide on their own, most did not wear masks as we were able to maintain good distance. For someone with shellfish allergies I pretty much ate potatoes and fruit the entire trip. There were 3 restaurants open each day and they always had the exact same food. The staff was nice but still tended to assume the male guest was “in charge”. It was worst wifi i’ve ever experienced out of country. This would’t normally matter but everything like me is and activity schedules for the hotel is only accessible through QR code scan so they really need to fix that.

The staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. I can’t say enough about how pleasant, helpful, and personable the staff was. They really made this one of the best vacations I have had. In addition, traveling during COVID had me very nervous but the resort was clean and all steps were taken to make the environment safe.

Very friendly staff. Went during the worldwide COVID overreaction, so not every amenity/restaurant was open. Beautiful property, and the French restaurant was probably my favorite.

Very clean, beautiful property, extra measures taken for covid, staff in masks and lots of sanitizer stations available. Staff are super friendly hard working, second time and would go back again.

This resort was amazing I would love to go back again.

The check in process is awful. We sat and waited for 2 hours. Long waits while seated in restaurats. Had to wait 20 minutes for hot water in our room. Some staff just walk by without acknowledging that you are there. Beach was amazing. Drinks were amazing.
