Comfort Suites Williamsburg Historic Area

On this stay there was not enough handicap parking. We were sharing a parking lot with the neighboring hotel and there are only about 2-3 handicap spaces. Also, we had an issue with cleaning. We stayed 3 nights and there was no service to clean the room. We were told that our room was checked for no cleaning, but nobody could tell us who checked it and there was no effort to change it. We even had to pull our own trash daily. We also had a kid that was running back and forth all day over top of our heads, that interfered with sleep in the mornings and night. There was only one helpful women that worked at the front desk, that was very understanding of our matters.

We stayed at Comfort Suites just one evening, and would’ve changed if in town another night. The whole places smelled mightily thanks to the indoor pool — and we were 4 floors above it. The color scheme was also a bit jarring, with red and black splotches that looked like a Tim Burton film setting. This place was not great by any stretch.

We stayed here for a family trip to Williamsburg and Jamestown. Check in was easy. The room was nice because there were two beds and a fold out couch. The breakfast left a little to be desired but I know that a big part of that was covid restrictions. The pool was nice but had lots of people using it due to the weather outside and it was an indoor pool. Location was great super close to our destinations and eating and shopping.

My husband and I took a quick weekend trip to Williamsburg. We had a wonderful stay at comfort inn. The gentleman that checked us in was great he was knowledgeable and very friendly.

The hotel and room were very clean and looked nice and updated. The front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. The pool was at a comfortable temperature and the hot tub was nice as well. There were plenty of towels available too. The bed was a little firm but we still slept well.

This was a beautiful property, clean, and quiet. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I particularly liked the continental breakfast and coffee available in the morning. Cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, etc. The indoor pool was lovely! I stay frequently in the area for work and this is my favorite Williamsburg hotel. Many thanks for a great stay.

Cleanliness, easy check in, staff were polite and professional. Pool and hot tub were clean and just the right temperature. Would stay there again.

Nice hotel. Convenient to all major attractions. Room was very spacious with nice amenities. I only wish the king size bed had full size pillows.

Five stars all around amazing they we so polite and very welcoming. As soon as you walked it you spelled the cleanness even more due to COVID. Amazing rooms and cleanness. Great workers and breakfast. Will definitely recommend and will be back very soon (:
