Cork Factory Hotel

Everything was amazing. This was a staycation for us. We live 1 mile away. The receptionist was very quick yet thorough. The room impeccable. Spacious, king comfortable bed. My only problem was the pillows though hypoallergenic are too thick. Woke up after about 2 hours with neck pain. Had to sleep with no pillow. The rooms are so well insulated that you could not hear anyone in the halls or other floors though we know the hotel had a wedding there so we were not the only people staying in the complex. We went to the restaurant.... absolutely fabulous. Despite having to scale back their menu it was wonderful and worth every penny. I love to cook and I hate to waste money on food I could have prepared better. We shared the scallop appetizer, had 2 house salads and I had the salmon with cauliflower rice while my husband had the crab cakes over corn fritter.... everything was presented beautifully and tasty. The portions were just right. Not too filling but left satisfied. Dessert was ok .... I don’t think they made it on the premises. Looking forward to going back when the weather breaks. We found while wondering that the restaurant has outdoor seating in a beautiful courtyard. We usually hit a restaurant just down from there for outdoor seating but I think we just found a great option. Will definitely be back to both the hotel and restaurant when we need a recharge again. The few hours away felt like a weekend vacation in 16 hours.

Beautiful Hotel

What a beautiful hotel. Hotel is in a historic building in central downtown Lancaster. Rooms and sitting areas are charming. Restaurants were not open due to COVID-19. Staff were friendly and attentive.

I am very picky about cleanliness in hotels and this was a stellar experience. There was not a trace that someone had been in our room prior to us being there. The service was wonderful and the decor was unique and refreshing in comparison to the tired decor you experience elsewhere. We were appreciative of the unique ways they utilized the building while keeping as much of the original look as possible. It was nicely styled and a quality experience. We will definitely be back!

We loved it. Quaint and cute. Absolutely relaxing. Beds could of been a little more comfortable only complaint.

The hotel was excellent! The restaurant experience was not good. They sat us next to a broom and dust pan when there were just a couple tables in the entire restaurant. The food was cold, both appetizers and dinner. And I would suggest putting some music on, you can hear everyone's conversations, which makes for an awkward situation when dining.

Great location and nicely outfitted rooms. Rustic feel from the factory with all the amenities.
