Plaza Hotel and Suites

All the Staff is super nice, and the rooms are BIG

Led to believe that property was kept up. it was very old and not remodeled. Questionable carpet clenliness, very hard to get to rooms. no maps available at desk for dirrections to get to rooms. Breakfast was not free, as was promised to be. They cater more to conventions that guest comfort. I will not go back.

The staff was great but the hotel is in terrible shape, the gym is great. But the hotel staff does the absolute best with nothing.

The room was clean, ample. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and towels were soft. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Staff members were helpful and courteousness. Parking at the hotel was secure. Second time staying, coming back again.

Swimming Pool too small for such a big hotel and not enough shops

Rooms are very spacious. Bathroom was not. The hallways and rooms were dirty. A cup of coffee someone left outside their room was there for the length of our trip.

Noisy A/C couldn’t let us sleep and didn’t cool much. Rooms are not nice at all and a tiny bathroom. Real uncomfortable beds too!! The only good thing is it shares lobby, bar and restaurant with the Crown Plaza (a very nice hotel, wish I’d stayed there instead)...
