Beautiful apartment, great location, lady on reception brilliant, superb, highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at the Bracka 6 apartments over the Christmas holiday 2019, and we loved it! Our apartment was beautiful - very clean, fresh and new. The bed was a proper Queen bed (not two twin beds pushed together, as is often the case in Europe), which was very important to us. We did not want to sleep on two twin beds where I fall through the crack in the middle! The bed was amazing and we slept like babies. The bathroom was very luxurious in our room - exposed brick walls, huge rain shower, and a stand-alone deep soaking tub. The service was impeccable - they gave us a very warm welcome, and prior to our arrival, they were very helpful in providing us with restaurant suggestions and even making some reservations for us. And despite it being a holiday, they were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is also in a perfect location - close to everything! It is right off the main square in the “Old Town” historic part where the Christmas Market was, and we were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. We had a lovely time. This is a wonderful hotel and I would come back again, and highly recommend it!

Great location next to Old Town Square. The women on reception are very helpful with any questions or needs. They offerred to arrange tours for us before we arrived. And sent us off on departure with a bag of yummy polish sweets. Water and nespresso coffee pods were replaced daily. He rooms look like they have been recently renovated and refurbished. Feels like you a local

The Two Girls who were at Reception on our Arrival were Fantastic. They were very informative and welcoming. They gave us a map of the area and marked out on the Map places that we asked about. We were then shown to our rooms by one of the girls who went through everything with us. The Rooms were very nice with all that was required for our stay (Complimentary Tea, Coffee, Water etc) The hotel was ideally situated just 1 minutes walk from the main square. If we were pushed to give any negative whatsoever, then it was a little noisy in the rooms in the early hours at the front of the hotel, but when the windows were fully closed this blocked the majority of it out.

We are a family with one 15 month old toddler and travelled from Canada to Krakow as my husband was there for work. We actually stayed in Krakow for about two weeks already at other hotels like Hotel Unicus Palace (5 star), Bonerowski Palace (5 star), and Imperial Hotel (4 star) which are all in Old Town (like Bracka 6) & very close to the main market square. After staying at all of those hotels, I wish we had stayed at Bracka 6 Apartments the whole time. It was equally as beautiful and modern as Hotel Unicus Palace but with a much more affordable price. It was a decently-sized room (we had Room 307 that faces Bracka Street). The shower was nice and hot and had great pressure. Note, only one of the units have a bathtub which you need to request for early ahead of time if that is something you want. The kitchen counter is designed perfectly for travelers like us and includes an induction stovetop on the counter. They provided cookware, cutlery, plates, bowls, salt, pepper, cutting board, etc. and it was so easy to cook for our baby (which I couldn't do at the other hotels). I loved their Nespresso machine. They supplied us with a baby crib and to top it off, added a bin of toys for our daughter to play with and a bottle warmer, which was so thoughtful. Barbara was so helpful with arranging our airport transfers with a baby car seat too. Note, the hotel is doors down from a night club so Thu, Fri & Sat you can hear people and music outside but it wasn't too bad. Loved our stay.

My husband and I spent 5 nights here and it was very enjoyable! Very clean, modern room. Very useful, convenient amenities like a kitchenette, futon, large tub, ability to have laundry done, and chocolates on our pillows! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Apartment exceeded expectations. Extremely clean and had everything supplied from coffee and tea to bathrobes and slippers. Receptionist friendly and very helpful. Location was ideal as minute walk from square and easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend
