Four Points by Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport - Dania Beach

The room was filthy! The front desk staff were great, but housekeeping needs serious help. The bathroom was dirty, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the floors were not swept and the bedding had not been changed and was filthy with food stains. The bathroom, bedding and floors had someone else’s hair. For some reason, someone stole our car antenna. It’s a shame that someone or some people in housekeeping aren’t doing their jobs, especially during a time of a pandemic! That’s extremely careless and dangerous!!

Bathroom was not very clean at all. Toilet, tub and sink were all yellow and soiled looking. Bed was clean and comfortable, but room overall seemed outdated. Parts of the air conditioning were cracked. The room smelled like a mix of mildew and cigarette smoke.

The hotel rooms were not clean, first room was not cleaned, the bathroom still had garbage in it from the previous guest. We requested a room change, the second room was even worse, dirty towel in the shower, then we noticed the next morning that the comforter on the side we were sleeping on was blood stained. We completely understand that the service industry has been hit hard and that cleaning staffs may have been reduced. However, when travel is necessary, and we choose a hotel based off of the parent companies reputation, we expect the rooms to be beyond clean. The front desk did not show any concern for these issues, which made us believe that this is a normal occurrence here. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY

Great for a quick overnight stay. Very friendly staff and went above and beyond to keep the facility sanitized.

Room was okay. The microwave and mini fridge were as small and cheap as possible. Trash everywhere outside on the grounds. The woman who checked me in acted like I was bothering her. I understand Covid, but they advertised breakfast and didn't even have coffee out. It was better as a Best Western Plus.
