My room had a fireplace and the bed was so very comfy! I had a lovely time staying here.

The leather couches were losing material due to wear... the beds were hard, and not your usual hotel bed expectation. The blankets were super thin, and the pillows were too full of fluff to be comfortable. It was rated very well on the hotels.com app. It was deceitful how it was promoted as having a regular price of $200/night regular price. And a 3 star hotel. However, when we arrived it was a 1 star in reality. We were scared to get bed bugs from this place, but thank goodness we didn’t. Due to the fact that the booking was non-refundable, and our late arrival to the place gave us no time to look for alternative accommodations. Ultimately, we were decided, and did not enjoy our stay

Our stay started off on a bad note. Arrived at the airport and called for a shuttle immediately. Took three more calls and an hour later to get picked up. Hotel blamed shuttle company, shuttle blamed hotel. Needless to say waiting outside in the cold was not a good start. Rooms are clean but once again beds were horrible and needing to be replaced. Skipped the frozen egg and sausage breakfast this time. Price is cheap but not worth the lack of comfort.

I loved this property! It had a fun Vegas feel right down to the confetti carpet to the red leather chairs! The facility and my room were very clean and spacious. The only thing I would recommend is having a microwave in the room but there is one in the breakfast area I was able to heat leftovers with. The room had a fireplace which was actually the heater and was controlled by the heat panel. It’s a nice touch. Large desk and table with 2 chairs were very convenient. The bed was a little soft for my liking but otherwise comfortable. It says it offers a “continental breakfast” but it’s really a full breakfast because there are frozen cheese omelettes, sausages and waffles that are delicious when heated up! Fruit and cutlery were individually wrapped. The staff was friendly and the service was good. There are a few restaurants and a liquor store within walking distance. If I have to stay in that area again, I would definitely stay there! Highly recommend it.

I liked the continental breakfast although I was not happy when they ran out of ketchup and i had to use syrop on my eggs and sausages. The watwr was always empty as well so i could not fill up my water bottle. The staff was very nice. The room was very spacious. They did not do a full clean everyday but they did replenish the coffee and soap which was nice.

Clean hotel and service was great but bed was well used and definitely in need of being replaced. We had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed and even then my husband’s side had no support. Breakfast was frozen omelettes and sausages that you had to microwave plus the regular continental breakfast items. Understandable with Covid but utensils were being touched by numerous people which didn’t seem to safe. Overall for the price, I can’t complain too much. Get what you pay for I guess.

Stay was good, room Should have been cleaner though. Room was large which was nice.

The hotel was quite a surprise especially for the price we paid. We spent 3 nights there. The hotel and room was very clean. The hotel was quiet. A bit of noise outside due to the hotel being next to the highway. At least the hotel was close to the highway and airport making it very convenient. The continental breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. Very impressive for a continental breakfast. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. There are a few restaurants, a gas station, Tim Hortons within walking distance if you do not have a car.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. The room was huge. The hotel is located close to the highway and to the airport with a free shuttle leaving hourly. The hotel offers a huge continental breakfast which is included in the rate.
