Sonesta ES Suites Baton Rouge

after dropping your kiddo off at LSU... I have NEVER left a review before, but I really wanted to take a moment and RAVE about my wonderful stay at this gorgeous property!!! First of all, the location was great... anyone needing easy access to LSU's campus will not be disappointed, and an on-site restaurant makes dining convenient. McD's is practically next door, and WalkOn's is literally at the corner. Secondly, the rooms were PERFECT!!! I've stayed in the longterm stay type suite before, and they can feel very utilitarian, as I'm sure is the goal, however my room felt like the perfect blend... I loved how the sleeping area felt separate from the kitchen space, and I didn't feel like I was sleeping in a studio apartment. The entire property was welcoming and homey... a difficult goal to pull off during this pandemic. And, lastly, a big THANK YOU to the housekeeping team. I felt as if special attention was made to keep me safe from Covid-19, as every single dish, including the silverware drawer organizer, was in the dishwasher, clean and sanitized for my use. As I was making my way into my room after check-in, a housekeeper, who noticed my struggle with all of my stuff (most of it was so I could finish up the cupcakes I was leaving for my son and his roommates), wanted to make sure I was good, and advised me that a cart was available if I needed one... but I was ok (barely!). Thank you so much! If we need to come back, this will be my pick, everytime!!

As we got there one day late, late they gently hold our reservation with no charge.Air condition failed after two days, we were moved to another room with no inquires. Only thing was we asked for no cleaning, and one day they got in without our permission.

Moved our daughter into LSU and chose this hotel because it was fairly close to her dorm. Boy did we chose the right hotel! Not only was it a nice hotel and room, we were very close to the staging area for move in day and within a minute or so from our daughter's dorm. Also several restaurant choices next door to tske our daughter out to dinner before we left town. The room was comfortable as well. We had a full bed and a sleeper sofa couch which easily accommodated our family of 4. We plan on staying in the future while visiting our daughter. The location just can't be beat! I mean you could see Tiger Stadium from our window!

Such amazing staff. The suites are so nice would come back here every time I visit.

I was told I had a 2 bedroom suite with a King and a Queen. Very happy it was actually 2 King beds.

We always have a good experience staying at Staybridge in Baton Rouge. Everything is always clean and everyone is helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself was nice and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. But the bathroom in the room I stayed in was A little dirty. My bathtub appear to not have been washed and the kitchen area was a bit dated with the cabinets and all. But that being said I rarely use the kitchen area anyway so that did not really bother me I just wanted to point that out. Overall my state was very comfortable and I enjoyed being there the one night I stayed on my way back home. Plus for the LSU fans, parents Or maybe students this was a prime location. I could see the LSU stadium and tower from my room. Very cool even though I am a Texas A&M fan.

Love the suites. I always look for a Staybridge in any town I’m visiting.
