Stayed here this time last year, everything still fine and staff very friendly and pleasant. Our room was quiet, which suited us, but consequently was quite a walk from Reception. We had a swimming pool that was away from the main busy pool and was relatively quiet and comfortable as well. It's fair to say that some of the furnishings in our apartment were a little worn and perhaps could do with an update. But it was kept very clean and tidy by the maid service. Overall, we enjoyed our Winter break and would stay here again.

Location great; always something going on with the entertainment crew. Loved the spinning room, you cycle watching a big screen following a road in Alaska. Only had breakfast here which was very good, lots of choice. Entertainment at night . Furniture needs updating

Lovely staff, the rooms are a nice size and very clean, probably a three star If I’m honest but generally fine. The staff are wonderful, food great but dining is exceptionally busy giving it a bit of a canteen feel. It might be worth splitting the dining room up into smaller areas to address this. Loved the overall layout and the space available.

Very enjoyable stay

Lovely warm clean large main pool,Reception staff very helpful,had problems with keycard and safe both fixed quickly.Cleaners in every day,daily change of towels.Kitchen area basic,only 2 rings,microwave, toaster and kettle.Fridge noisy at night,1 of us slept on couch, didn’t ask for move as had roomy apartment and good sized outdoor area on a terrace which was lovely to sit out on at night.Bathroom was large,clean plenty of hot water.Didnt use restaurant.Drinks in bar not great maybe because of all inc options,Entertainment was good from what we saw,only watched 21.30-22.30 as there with disabled daughter who has difficulty staying up any later.Not much entertainment early evening in resort so prob better to stay at hotel .Entertainment at poolside during the day was good,lots to do and didn’t feel pressurised if not wanting to join in.Used salon ,my daughter had a manicure and pedicure,lady was lovely and patient with her.Supermarket next to hotel,was ok. Not best selection of fruit and veg but we managed to cook a few meals from there.Ate at pizzeria and slow boat Chinese at shopping centre to right as you leave hotel,both were better meals than we had along the front.Are a lot of steps in complex but there are lifts so not a problem.Didnt want to come home after 10 days ,wished we’d stayed for 14 days.Would definitely stay here again.Used laundry,5 euros ,detergent provided .Go on Ragnarok viking ship,most fun I’ve ever had on a boat trip,saw whales and dolphins.

We stayed here for 1 week and I could not fault this property the cleanliness,variety of food, the entertainment activities for young and old was amazing. This property was even more than I expected. I had a 12 and 15 year old and said this was their best holiday and would have no hesitation in coming back. The beech was only about a 6 min walk from the hotel and all amenities were nearby. Overall this property was excellent.

Great stay at the Isabel. Perfect for families and we will definitely be coming back again. Nothing really to fault other than the coffee!

The bungalow is spacious and has everything for a great holiday. Kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering or you can pay extra for meals served in the hotel restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
