It was a very nice clean well kept hotel. Not as friendly but I guess that's due to the covid 19, but I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I went to Florence south Carolina to look at houses and to visit family. The breakfast was great also.
Room clean and bed comfortable Wish that paper towel roll was new or at least not down to last few sheets. Otherwise was fine for one night stay. Appreciated late checkout
There was no one at the front desk upon my arrival. When the guy--yes, the guy--showed up, he emerged from the back with a completely wrinkled yellow polo shirt, no name tag or uniform. He was completely disheveled and unkempt. I wasn't sure if he even worked there and was alarmed thinking perhaps something was going on. I was about to leave when I remembered I had prepaid. Last time I prepay for a hotel. There was no indication of the property following COVID guidance, not even antibacterial gel at the front desk. The elevators were dirty and they weren't cleaned overnight. See the attached pictures. The dark spots are not shadows, that's the dirty carpet in the elevators. The pictures are from the evening and morning so the carpets were not vacuumed or cleaned overnight or in the morning. I left at noon. You can also see the gunk along the edges. Nothing in the hallways or the room about extra cleaning--or any cleaning--being done to protect guests from COVID-19. In addition, the bed was saggy and lumpy and the room was ice cold.
Parking was difficult no porta coche. It was a long walk to the elevators. Breakfast was very Good

Our stay was amazing. The room was very clean. Everyone was so helpful. We travelled with two dogs and everything was so convenient. We will be staying here again when we travel.Breakfast selection and employees were wonderful.

The property was clean with landscaping but parking on a busy day is terrible. Certain areas of parking doesn't feel safe.
Brand-new facility right at the halfway point of a regular driving trip that my wife and I make. PERFECT!!
