Clean and simple room. Very no frills.

The 4 stars is for a comfortable night's sleep, at a reasonable price, in a nice location. It is not for the fittings, which in my room were tatty and tired. However, everything worked, it was clean and I was able to refresh overnight. If you want high class decor, this is not the place for you. If, to you, a room is just somewhere to sleep, wash and prepare simple meals in a satisfactory environment, this is good value for money. Go for it.

The property was a basic room. With no elevator 4 flights of stairs was taxing. Asking for assistance from the staff seemed an inconvenience for them to answer. There was no maid service the entire time i was there. The last night of my stay a large spider crawled from under the bed.

Good location. The room was clean but the bed was hard up against one wall and also against a fridge. So it all felt rather cramped. There was no noise insulation at all so I could hear everyone coming and going all the time. This started to matter from about 6:30am.

The peoperty ss a whole stank. Our bedroom stank of stale smoke which made it impossible to sleep even with the window wide open. The carpets are old and need to be replaced.

I would not recommend staying at this property. It was hot, 90 degrees in Londno when we arrived. One window that was painted shut at the bottom. No fan or anything to circulate the air. It was noisy. I felt like the walls were paper thin.We only stayed one night of our reservation. We returned the keys the next morning and found another place to lodge. The one night we stayed here was miserable.

I was expecting the worst when I saw the outside and interior but the room itself was fine. Very cheap price for Hampstead area and the fridge and hob were useful.

Well sized, large shower. Nice little kitchen area. Lovely part of town.

Office is not staffed

I wasn’t expecting the room to be on 3rd floor. But I was glad to see laundry facilities, even though the dryer took a long time to dry the clothes.
