Great location in the Old City and walking distance to port and airport transfer. Its a good value for money hotel.The room was a good size and everythimg was clean. Extremely comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful, friendly and spoke English. We would definitely go back.

Perfect location right at Riva Promendade! Property a bit old but very close to shops, restaurants and all the main attraction at Split. Excellent staff - she was waiting for us when our driver dropped us as car not allowed to enter the area. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place.

Great location, near the action but not too noisy. Clean rooms and breakfast included. Helpful staff....lugged suitcases up and down stairs for guests if required. Good value for the money, Annex room is located about 50 meters from main property, very modern and quiet, overlooking main square.

When we made this booking, Marijana sent us a welcome message with directions from the ferry/bus/train. All correspondence after that was met with quick and informative responses. We felt very welcome. We stayed only one night as a transit stop on our train to ferry connections. However, we would stay again for longer -- location, cleanliness, service were all superb. Highly recommend!

Please note they have NO ELEVATOR! I was traveling with a an elderly family member that has bad knees and they had a very tough time getting up and down the stairs. If they would have let me I would have switched hotels. Although the location was perfect, the interior was very old. The only saving grace was the friendly and helpful staff.

The location on this place is perfect. It’s a stones throw from everything, with an indirect view of the Adriatic too. Beds and pillows are nice, bathrooms clean, modern and renovated. The continental breakfast was also very good. The only downsides were street noise for one of us (room 3, one flight up from the street) and four flights of stairs from the street level for room 8. But we knew no elevator when we rented and were fine with that for the location. Just be prepared, there is actually one room on the fifth floor! It’s a nice place all around tho, we would stay there again
