I've stayed at this hotel many, many times as it can be rather nice and is well situated. I think it will probably be my final booking, as I think it's rather strange that they don't make the kind of effort with repeat customers that many hotels do. My room was basic, the shower screen was pretty dirty at the base and the breakfast (which really is not worth paying for) was extremely poor. The choice is really what you would expect in a 1 or 2 star hotel. The hot food in particular was deeply unappetising, with scrammbled eggs that were actually rather grey and bacon that was swimming in a huge amount of grease. I've had some great experiences here in the past, but it feels like more care and attention is needed for the overall guest experience.

Location was fantastic. Close to restaurants, subway, busses, shopping..... Front staff were so friendly and helpful!

Perfect location! Walking distance to everywhere. Clean and spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff. The only thing, bathroom doesn’t have fan inside.

We loved this hotel. It is a great location, rooms are great size for what we have had in other places in Europe. The bathroom shower pressure was so good, also a perk! Breakfast had a pretty good spread. I’d recommend this to anyone who likes modern minimal design in a hip walkable neighborhood.
