Hotel Victor Hugo Paris Kléber

Nice hotel in convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room had very little storage space, which means we lived out of our suitcases for the 5 days there. Also WiFi in our room was weak and unreliable. Staff was unable to improve situation, so we often had to go down to the lobby to get a good WiFi signal on occasion.

We loved the Hotel, friendly and efficient staff, great room, perfect quiet location but easy to get to the bustle of Paris in 15mins via the Metro.

What a bad experience we had. They gave another couple the same room as our and they got in our room with their key while we were inside the room! What a scare! And after that I didn't feel secure, especially with our daughters in the connecting room (which was another surprise). Overall the hotel is a small boutique-like hotel not far from the Arch but the scare we had didn't make us enjoy our stay.

Victor Hugo is a very nice boutique Hotel within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and many convenient metro stops. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are your typical European style but extremely clean and bright. We would definitely stay here again.

amazing room with brilliant views! super close to the arc de triomphe and the eiffel tower. would definitely go back!
