Holiday Inn Express & Suites Klamath

The service was great, the staff was really nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. The bathroom was clean and had occupany sensors for the switches, but it had a slight musty smell.

We decided on this hotel because of the indoor pool/spa. I was very disappointed to see that it was closed due to Covid. We have stayed at other hotels that had safety measures put in place in regards to their pool/spa. This was definitely disappointing. When checking in, our experience was very cold. A warm, friendly check in sets the first impression. What made us rate this hotel so high was the wonderful service from the breakfast/morning staff. The warmth these ladies displayed turned a disappointing stay into a nice one. The hotel was very new and clean. We stayed on the third floor and it was quite noisy. The noise was from inside the hotel, not outside.

Great service, very clean, great comfortable beds, hot breakfast and all the COVID-19 protections in place like hand sanitizer all over the building and face masks.

Holiday Inn that we stayed in the past has been consistent in their cleanliness and overall service. (No frills but yet not unfriendly).

I loved this hotel and would stay there again but I would recommend not staying on the first floor. It was very loud all night. Although my room was near the end of the hallway, it was too close to the dining room which was also very loud. The room itself was large and very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Overall it was very clean as they just finished a pretty extensive renovation. Room was very comfortable and pretty quiet. Staff was very friendly. Sadly, due to Covid the eating situation was a drawback. Since a lot of places only do take out eating in the room was a little tight, as we had to eat at the desk. Otherwise, I was very happy with our stay. I guess one of the only things I disliked was the parking in the evening. If you did not park before a certain time the lot got pretty full as the lot was shared with Comfort Inn and Sizzler (which is temporarily closed). Found myself parking a little farther than had hoped and some of the spots were not greatly lit. If the pool, fitness room and breakfast area was completely open then the price would not have hurt as much.

Nice, well-kept hotel with great services. Not a very interesting location, although it is close to the main drag that goes through town. Our only complaint is that the shampoo/conditioner/lotion came in such tiny bottles that there is no way they could be enough for two people.

We enjoyed our stay, very helpful front desk service, rooms were big and beds and pillows were the best..
