Baldi Hot Springs Hotel and Spa

What a welcome getaway this was for us, during the pandemic. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had traveled to an exotic resort, even though we actually only live just 20 minutes away! Everything was great and the food was delicious and such a delightful surprise after having been in lockdown for so long. We will return again and will certainly reccomend Baldi to our own guests staying at Encantada Arenal B&B in El Castillo.

Beautiful property, friendly staff,excellent service

My daughter and I stayed at Baldi Hot Springs Resort for three nights and were impressed by its natural beauty. The design of this entire property makes you feel like you are out in the jungle with more than fifteen natural hot springs at different temperatures inside the hotel. Soaking in the hot springs each night after a long day hiking tour made us feel completely relaxed. The staff members are courteous and efficient. The breakfast was great with variety of food. Our room and the whole property were very clean. Overall, we would give it a five star rating and would love to stay at Baldi again if we ever come back to La Fortuna.

I came to Baldi 2 years ago and stumbled upon it by accident, we arrived super late and enjoyed the pools/HotSprings. I always wanted to come back and try out the full experience!!! What a let down this resort has been 1. Pictures on internet of the nice rooms and they give you different cheaper rooms that look nothing like the pictures. I paid the same price as last time and this time I got an old dirty run down room. The plus beside the bed wouldn’t work 2.There was a mouse in our room as well 3. The pillows were an absolute joke, they were so warren out and dead they should have been thrown out years ago and I’m talking every pillow that was on the bed. When we called front desk they were super rude and said they didn’t have extra pillows and the hotel was full but the hotel was pretty much empty the whole time we were here 4. We had 4 conditioners in the room but no shampoo 5.As a hotel manager I’ve been for the past 8 years, the customer service at this hotel was so bad and no one seemed to care (Very Sad) this place will go under soon! We ended up buying a day pass for TABCON on top of the fortune we spent at baldi and what a difference in staff and facilities! Don’t waste your time at Baldi. Spend the extra money and goto TABCON the service and the hot springs and staff are much more attentive and actually care about there jobs! We had an amazing time at TABACON and we will never be back to Bali To all my fellow travellers read the reviews and don’t fall into

No gym, would be nice to have one. If there is one I didn’t see it

Beautiful resort with lush greenery everywhere. Thermal baths were clean and well kept.
