Roomers

The bar is unusable due to their allowing smoking. A prime feature of the hotel it is choking stink of thick smoke with the smell invading the rest of the hotel’s common parts. A huge shame for a well located and otherwise very memorable place.

A very nice stay at the beautiful hotel. In a 10-minute walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Danny Siemon at the reception was a great help with various issues.

Great spa, but no jets in jacuzzi. Tiny room is standard for Europe, but toilet has glass walls that are like an echo chambers. Really small TV, wifi kicked us off every few minutes

Room is really compact but worst part was one of our sheets was covered in blood like someone got murdered in the room when we complained the staff didn’t seem like it was a big deal really made us uncomfortable sleeping in the room after.

Roomers, since it opened 8+ years ago or more, has been our preferred place to stay when in Frankfurt. And the restaurant and bar are great as well!

Close location, near the train station and walking distance to the shopping district, sightseeing, and the river path. The hotel is nice, the style is sort of a swanky, sultry, vegas-like style reminiscent of Cosmopolitan. We felt a little uncomfortable as a couple staying here because there were a lot of business men who had accompanying women who were quite obviously not their wives or girlfriends, and a very smoky bar attached to the lobby. We stayed in our room a lot as we were jet lagged and the weather was crummy, and while the room was rather small, it was cozy enough and had comfortable beds/bedding. We loved the shower. We also used the small gym and wish we had more time to enjoy their awesome spa next to the fitness center. All in all, a good place to stay and have an extended layover as we did.

Nice hotel and friendly staff, the spa is very nice and clean.

Best hotel in Frankfurt, amazing team, great food, cool bar

It was amazing experience. My friend and I we just stay there for a one day, however memories we created will last a life time. We are definitely coming back to your properties as well recommending to all our friends and colleagues. Very service, friendly and hospitable personnel through out the property. Sasha From concierge, Alicia at front desk and Bellhops team and many other team members with who we got in contact. The quality of accommodation and Food & Beverage experience worth every penny.
