A warm Jersey welcome.

Hotel is in good location but you do need a car or taxi when arriving with luggage, as it’s a 10min walk to bus stop or main bus station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our plans changed at last minute, thanks to our airline cancelling, and they were able to provide a toothbrush which I had forgotten. The rooms are a good size, especially the bathroom, and are spotless clean. The furnishings and shower however, look in need of updating. There was a mini fridge and safe, but the code didn’t work on the latter. They gave us a safe key instead, but this was fiddly and you had to remember to take it with you. So people who like Mod cons may struggle but this didn’t bother us too much. The hotel facilities were good with a lovely pool which got plenty of sun, and a relaxing bar with Jazz music on Wednesday evening. The self service breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold items. You could also get poached air scrambled egg to order.

Jersey break

Stay was very comfortable and friendly staff. Food was excellent and great choice. It was a shame to hear the hotel is closing down as not much choice in Jersey do a great loss when it happens

Awful two nights sleep - beware

Our room was right above/opposite building works. These started at 06:45am, and continued until early evening. The manager confirmed that their permit stated no work prior to 08:00, but they breached this. The manager said all other rooms were booked up so could not move us, so we had to stay the second night in the same noisy room. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Apart from that, room a bit shabby in places. Reception nice, but not a lot of care taken of the room itself and noise was unacceptable.

Brightened up after our EasyJet drama

Lovely welcoming hotel with a great warm feel to it. Fantastic staff that cannot do enough for you and are happy to help out with any request. We were delayed 24 hours so it didn’t start well. The hotel acknowledged us at check-in with a complimentary drink at the bar. It’s the little things that go along way. We only did B&B but I must say the quality of breakfast food & availability was 10/10. Possibly the best museli & granola ever tasted. Will return in a heartbeat :)

Pleasant stay Savoy Jersey

Good comfortable hotel with lovely bar restaurant area and large lounge with lots of comfy sofas. Large breakfast dining area to always tables avialable accomodate guests at different times breakfast very good served till 10.00am Rooms a little on the small side. Staff pleasant

Very well situated

Very good hotel. Should be given a bottle o water every day to every guest. Wifi was not that great in the room.

Average

Walls are paper thin, couldnt sleep due to TV in room next door and it was that loud! Rooms are dated and standard doubles are small by any standard. Premier inn is better. Entrance hall and reception are lovely the food was excellent. Just the rooms are dated.

A little disappointing

The hotel foyer and bar is fairly up to date , the rest of the hotel is shabby and in need of an upgrade , the decor is and furniture in our room was dated and a mixture of era .Carpets were in need of a deep clean and the pillows were uncomfortable .random statues everywhere just didn’t go.The smell of smoke in the corridor near our room was very strong but luckily did not penetrate our room . The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food north breakfast and the one dinner we had was very good.Taxi driver on way to airport told us it has been sold and will be demolished for housing .It had to be something like that or a huge amount of money to upgrade the whole hotel, but it would of been worth it , it’s a shame to loose an old building to yet more housing and to the huge hotel companies
