Friendly staff always going the extra mile for your comfort, clean, delicious food, everything was amazing. They will do the most to accommodate any request you may have. Will most definitely Visit again.

I liked the friendly staff, clean facility, wonderful food! Santiago was particularly helpful and very friendly. A few things i did not like were the insects at the outdoor dining. This is hard to control I am sure. Staff offered insect repellent which was a nice thought. Also, towel availability by the beach would have been more convenient rather than the single towel station by the pool

Property was beautiful. All inclusive resorts are the way to go when visiting a location for the first time.

The staff was very professional and caring. Catamaran from Cancun was a very classy touch. I had two wonderful massages at the Spa. I highly recommend Carman. We plan to return.

First of all, I’d like to say our stay at The Palace Isla Mujeres was enjoyable. The food was delicious, especially the ceviche, poke, and wood fired pizza. Dinners at Azul were hit or miss, but for the most part, very good. I appreciated the staff taking care when addressing dietary restrictions. We enjoyed eating in town on numerous occasion for dinner, but breakfast and lunch at the resort were always fantastic. The variety of items each morning exceeded my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised to try new foods each day. The check in, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were very friendly, and our room was clean upon arrival, and kept that way during our entire stay. We loved Andy in the restaurant and found his positive attitude and smile to be infectious. The cons were the lack of resort transportation upon arrival and at departure, the amount of bug bites I got on the beach at the resort, and the inability of the staff to uphold the dress code in the main restaurant. I was shocked the first night when a couple entered the “collared shirt required” Azul wearing t-shirts and shorts. After that, we saw many others in jeans, cut off shorts, tank tops, etc. If you say there is a dress code, it should be enforced for EVERYONE. Or, dismiss the dress code so everyone can dress in casual clothing. I felt our group of ten was overdressed after seeing the other guests. All in all, a wonderful trip, but for the extra $$, we’ll try somewhere new next trip.

We loved the size of the property and the beach. We enjoyed the luxurious boat ride to and fro. The property was spotless. The staff was wonderful. We felt very safe And enjoyed our time at playa norte and punta sur.

Smaller property with very friendly engaging staff. Santiago did a fantastic job engaging guest in fun activities. Alejandra Luna made us feel welcome and engaged with us daily. Resort food, service and facilities were excellent. We are going back!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The resort was very clean and the beds comfortable. Agatha, the scuba instructor was amazing. This is a very quiet resort with no nightlife. We are in our fifties and it was a little to quiet for us. My biggest complaint is the food, you have to order off the same menu for lunch and dinner and after a couple days it gets boring. The food at the snack bar is subpar. There is no buffet for lunch or dinner and the portions are small so you find yourself hungry in an hour and there is no where else to get food, the snack bar closes at 5:00. Sometimes when we ordered the food would take over an hour to get to the table.
