stay was amazing

Rate was only a few dollars cheaper than other hotels surrounding it. It looked nice and the room was clean. I've certainly stayed in hotels that were in worse shape than this one, but OMG, the bed was like sleeping on a plywood board. It was like they stacked 2 box springs together and called it a mattress. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my truck.

They had roaches and the staff wasn't helpful and very rude also plusot was mold in the ice machine

My only gripe with this place was that one of the two beds had a stain on the sheets that I didn't trust. Thankfully, I was traveling alone and the second bed was clean.

This was a one night stay after a daytrip to Savannah. We were travelling home after being on the road for over a week while vacationing. This location is above average as it is nearby to many gas stations, restaurants and other conveniences. It is also a modern, well-kept building. Parking was easy and safe. However, I found the check-in process to be overly long and tedious. Hotel is hypervigilant to Covid-19 if that is a concern and some may be pleased to hear this. Grab and go breakfast is now the norm - though only distributed until 9AM, and we left slightly thereafter. The pool is currently closed as well. Our room was spacious, but there were some areas that need improvement. While concerned about the virus downstairs and through the lobby, guest rooms don't seem as clean as need be. Some paint needs touching up and other items in the bathroom are showing age and rust. The fabric covered chair in our room had an unidentified brown stain on it which was unappealing and therefore not used by my family. The room itself had a very odd smell. It almost smelled like someone had burnt brownies while baking shortly before our arrival. It never went away and was a distraction. Ok, for one night.

Very clean and comfortable room !Bed was comfortable, free coffee in the lobby.

Stay was ok. The mattress had stains all over it and the lady at the front desk was very rude. She had me wait in the lobby an hour 44 minutes for my security deposit. She walked around gossiping and doing nothing. I was late to work waiting on her to inform housekeeping I checked out and my room needed to be inspected. I ended up going to housekeeping to get it inspected. This lady at the from desk need to find another job.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location for shopping and eating.
