The hotel's rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are extremely helpful, and the location is near a number of very good restaurants and a short walk to the museums. We would stay there again.

Great location. The staff was great- the doorman was always attentive. I liked the hotel. Noise from the hall was noticed at times. Housekeeping did a good job (except for the slippers under the desk). Check in and out was very efficient. No wasted time. I checked in a bit early and got my room. Greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay again without any hesitation. Oh yeah- loved the shower.

We were very impressed with the hotel. We arrived at 10am for a two night stay and our room was ready for us. Comfortable, quiet deluxe room on the first floor. Very little external noise, we got a good nights sleep. The hotel is very central, only five minutes to Grand Place and the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we would stay again

We stayed here for our 5 year anniversary and I would absolutely recommend it. It’s in the centre of town with bars, restaurants, tourist sites, the gorgeous south all walkable. We walked from the Eurostar in 20 mins. The staff on the front desk were incredible polite and so helpful. We had a problem with our bathroom they sent someone to fix it immediately and when it happened again we changed rooms. Generally the service in the bar area was good and the range of drinks was great and the cocktails delicious. The rooms themselves are lovely and clean. A little worn but not in a way that screams replacements are needed and still extremely well presented. The only downside to our trip was our anniversary meal. We arrived just before 9pm with the restaurant open till 1030 we thought this enough time to eat. We were told 5 min wait after 20 got restless only to find they had started clearing away and had clearly forgotten about us. We then had a rushed very average meal of over cooked and burnt food - pudding they forgot to mention the kitchen was shut so we were given a burnt creamer brûlée. Not extortionate but at over £100 for 2 we were very disappointed. Rushed service, forgotten about on more than one occasion and very average food. Overall I would definitely return but if you have a special meal planned or want to splurge a little on a nice evening leave the hotel and come back for drinks at the bar!

I love the Dominican and stay there whenever I'm in Brussels.
