Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences

The hotel and facilities with the amazing view was incredible and relaxing

Unwilling to upgrade our package at rates advertised online. They tried to offer a rate higher then advertised as we were at property already. We were forced to change resorts. Went to pueblo bonito sunset which was amazing! Higly recommended for friendly staff and service and great views! Also the property did not upgrade even thought it was advertised as a gold member.

The best part about this resort is the view! The food is not all that good. They really need to change that.

My room wasn't ready upon arrival had to wait while they scrambled to get one available for about an hour. This was at 8pm mind you. Then they told me they were getting me an upgrade because of the inconvenience and that was not the case. I got a two bed (instead of a king like I requested) with a garden view. They have some great staff members on the team in various departments but they should be better prepared for guests. The door stop was basically falling off the door I had to lift it or hold it in place every time I wanted to open the door. The toilet paper holder was also falling off the wall looked as is this had taken place several times prior but nothing had been done to secure it again.

This property is amazing. Beautiful accommodations, and breathtaking views. They are going the extra mile to keep guests safe too. They wipe down luggage on arrival, have sanitizer everywhere. All utensils in restaurants are sanitized, then sealed in plastic. Pool towels are the same. It is an open air resort, lobby and all onsite restaurants offer outside seating along with the spectacular views. It is a sprawling resort, so no problem social distancing here. But what makes Hacienda Encantada special are the staff. Everyone is so accommodating and goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Shout out to Mauricio, Edgar, Giovanni for their help at check in. Special thanks to Josue, butler magnificent, and to Blanca Z our maid for all of their care during our stay.

First let me say the staff was amazing they went above and beyond my expectations. The safety taken with precautions was excellent. I felt safer there than at home. Thank you Carmen for a lovely breakfast, Miguel at poolside, Oswen for dinner. Will be returning.

Service was great and very attentive. The property was super quiet and they are taking all the precautions regarding Covid19. Definitely a great place to relax and be socially distrance.

Just went here for my birthday July 2 through 5 !! The ac did not work all 3 nights I paid 899 for a 4 day stay we were so disappointed and annoyed ! They kept sending people in to fix it but nothing Changed it was so horrible ! Breakfast buffet is ok , for dinner go to the sister properties ! Lunch is basic ! Get the ocean view room but know it’s in the oldest building !! I would not recommend at all . The staff is nice though

The staff were INCREDIBLE so friendly and amazing. Loved them. The property is big and beautiful we got all inclusive it was very worth it! Only thing is its more for older people. My friend and I went we're 24 and people were asking if we're 16 lol. I'd love to come back on a baecation. I went to the spa as well SO great.

Loved the views, the whales and the room. The food was good too.
