Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown

For most of my it was pretty pleasant besides that the heater didn't work and it was quite freezing in the room and they never came and fixed it and I guess their furnace was messed up so they only had hot water on and off beginning the staff was very polite overcharged for parking I think but at the last day of my stay I overslept a little bit because my dad came down and he has cancer so it was our last Christmas with him and the I overslept because for a week I only got little sleep and it finally caught up with me cuz I'm not used to it and I didn't even get to say goodbye and I was trying to get my stuff out of the room and I talked to the front desk and let them know the situation and they told me that was fine they even gave me a key to get back in his room cuz it was after checkout and because I was moving this stuff from the room into the car I was unable to answer the phone and they sent security in and he was extremely rude and said I have five minutes because they've been trying to get ahold of me and I told him that I talked to the lady in front and she said it was okay and even gave me a key so I can continue getting my stuff out they were very rude and very disrespectful and when I told him I situation as I was still crying knowing the fact I could not say goodbye and it could have been the last time I could see him and after all the money that I spent there they could have been a little bit more understanding and had better communication with each other

No hot water for showers. We didn’t get to shower.

They offer breakfast and they don’t have any and they challenge more money when we get there.

No free parking the bed had hair all over it when we saw. We had to use wipes to clean

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were quick to respond to issues that arose. However there were a few problems that were disappointing. The inability to obtain hot water in the mornings until 10 am. was most annoying. General maintenance was not up to standard of Hilton name.

The shower was broken and hot water didn’t work. I called to have them look at it and they never sent someone.

There is only one elevator that leads to the parking garage, good luck getting to the parking garage in less than 20 minutes. The shower still had someone else’s hair in it and the water was never any warmer than lukewarm. Everywhere in the hotel reeked of weed especially the hallways and elevators.
