I wasnt impressed with my stay . At first the room i booked didnt have any light and when i expressed my concern i was asked if i could replace the lights( which i found disrespectful ) . I was moved to another room and it was ok . I guess for the price it was a good deal but not a room or service to be remembered as outstanding

Staff was wonderful, and I felt comfortable with their safe relaunch procedures.

Sheila at the front desk was awsome. Very friendly and helpful. Our stay was clean and comfortable. The bed is so comfortable. We have stayed there multiple times and have always enjoyed our stay. The price, location and service is always great.

Easy access, cash deposit and decent price. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Will totally staycation again!

Checkin was difficult as I renewed my licence the week before my visit so I had no “Government issue picture ID”. Once that was solved, the first room that I was put in, the toilet was not cleaned and the last occupant visually had nausea. The second room they put me in was not the King bed I booked and the mini fridge was noisy. While I understand it is a cheaper hotel, a discount on the room or some other compensation would have gone a long way but neither happened.

Everything was good up until we checked in and was told on the spot that they can't give us rooms that we booked and gave us other rooms instead. A little heads up would've been great, so we could've made or cancelled our reservations we were travelling with our daughter and our Grandson, that is why we need the extra space and cleanliness. We got into our rooms and found Beef jerky packaging on our floor and our daughters and Grandsons room smelled like cigarettes.

Tv wasn't hooked up properly, security didn't do their job ..

Upon check in Sheila at the front desk was very pleasant and even remembered my request from two weeks prior. Sheila made my husband and I feel very welcome and was very polite. As a frequent traveller to Edmonton this is the hotel where we will stay at and we will highly recommend.

I arrived at the check in time, 3pm and there was no room ready. The receptionist requested to wait 5 minutes, then more 10 minutes and then note 10 minutes. I had a medical appointment at 4pm and requested somewhere to leave my luggage and she said there was no place to leave it, she said to leave in a cart near the reception that she would “take a look” at it. I had to put my luggage back in the car. The receptionist had her Dog with her in the reception desk and the do’s wouldn’t stop barking. I stayed in the ground floor and could hear the barks from my room until late in the night. And to finish the bad stay my room had cockroaches, I killed at least 5 in the bathroom. I won’t recommend and I’ll never come back. Horrible stay.

Hotel was busy doors slammed all night. Price was ok. Location was convenient
