Everything was great except the shower head needs updating made noise and not a good spay coming out

Really nice staff. Large room and bathroom, both of which were very clean. A few technical issues with the heating unit, but they are aware of it and plan to fix it. The showerhead was amazing and had awesome pressure! Weren't huge fans of the fridge though because it didn't have a freezer.

It is always a pleasure to stay at a Country Inn. They always provide the best service.

This hotel was highly recommended by my cousin who needed a hotel friendly place to stay. This was the 1/2 way meeting point for my NY and SC family who also have a dog. It was a great time and we finally celebrated Christmas! Everyone from the front desk to the girl who cleaned our room were very friendly and accommodating. I reserved 3 rooms, one pet friendly suite. Our king rooms had the same living room accommodations as the suite. We will definitely stop here again!

On the whole, I won't stay again. It was a very clean and pretty hotel, but several things important to me in a hotel room, I found unsatisfactory. I stayed for 2 nights at a time twice, 1 week apart. The first time, they insisted on a $100 hold on my card, even though I'd prepaid a week in advance. When I checked in a week later, the money was still on hold on my card. I was unwilling to put another $100 hold on my card, so they insisted on cash, then refused to give me a receipt. When I checked out, they had to check my room, then find the envelope with my cash. It was not a quick or easy check out. Today is January 4th. The $100 hold put on my card on December 21st, is still on hold. The room was very clean, but very cramped and awkward. The only chair was a wooden desk chair at the far end of the room. The only way to watch TV was to sit at the head of the bed. You can't see the TV from the chair and if you sit on the foot of the bed, you are ony 2 or 3 feet from the TV. Each bed had only 3 small, fat, square pillows. Very awkward and uncomfortable and gives you a neck ache, which has never happened to me before, but did on both of my stays. They do have a mini fridge in the room, but no freezer section in it. I was unable to freeze the ice packs for my lunch cooler. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and I won't be staying there again and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

We got to the hotel right at check in, as soon as I walked up to the desk the girl there walked away and was gone for a few minutes. She never told us where our rooms were. The rooms were ok. The bathroom floor was cracked all over the place. The shower got water everywhere. Overall I was not impressed with the staff or the room. I would not recommend staying at this location.

Pillows weren’t comfy and I usually get a complimentary bottle of wine as a Radisson member. Love this location though.

Excellent accommodations with friendly service at this repeatedly visited hotel. Located right off highway, with restaurants, movie theater and shops walking close by.

I was traveling with my elderly mother on our annual road trip to Florida for the Winter. I chose the property because it permitted dogs and had handicapped accessible rooms. The room we stayed in (handicapped) had several problems, which make it difficult for someone with mobility issues to stay in. First, the beds although very comfortable were high off the ground making it challenging for an elderly person to climb on to. Second, the room did not have a sturdy chair for someone to sit on. The only chair in the room was a swivel desk chair which was rather flimsy and unsteady. The door to the room was an automatic closure door, which made it very difficult for someone with a walker or wheelchair to get into and out of the room. Finally, our room was located next to the side entrance of the hotel but this entrance was not handicapped accessible, which meant having to enter and exit through the main lobby, which for a person using a walker more difficult than is necessary. If I were traveling alone I would certainly consider staying here but for someone with mobility issues, this hotel is not accessible as it should be. I'm surprised the Commonwealth of Virginia allows the to use the handicapped designation. If we had to exit the hotel in a hurry due to an emergency we would not have been able to.
