Poor condition

Hotel used to be well managed and well served. Now is under works, but never adviced before my arrival. No gym, just obe elevator working, crowded most of the times. Despite those problems, rates are still high. Not recommendable for the time being.

Very Disappointing - Should be Avoided

Turns out there was building work in progress impossible to get an afternoon rest, and only 1 of 3 lifts working. The rooms were small. The bar was never open so impossible to claim generous offer of a free drink. The breakfast was also very limited and would advise anyone who did decide to stay here to save themselves some money and get breakfast in one of the many nearby cafes. It is well located and the rooms are very clean, but too be honest the hotel was very disappointing, and would if this had been my first stay at a Raddison Hotel it would put me off the brand. We booked because of previous good experiences of Raddison Hotels but this one should be avoided.

1) The wall next to the TV had large dirt marks on the wall. This would be clearly visible to any cleaning/maintenance person (and certainly noticeable by any guest in the room; 2) The bathroom sink stop no longer works. If you want to drain the water out of the sink you need to reach into the water and pry up the stop with your fingernail; 3) The thermostat allows guests to adjust the temperature within the room and the lowest setting is 19C. This is too high for those of us who wish to sleep in a cooler room at night; 4) The hotel is currently being remodeled yet there was no notice online or at the lobby. Construction noise coming from the floor below us was ongoing throughout much of the day; 5) Our room faced out to an alley which is currently being used for bins of construction/remodeling debris and for loud all-night partying. Loud enough that opening the window (because the room is too hot) is not a good option; 6) Parking appears to not be available at the hotel (even though there are parking floors noted in the elevator) but available across the street at a public parking garage which is small and very tight to maneuver as you circle around the floors. We witnessed a van nearly get stuck trying to drive around within the garage. If you have a medium to larger vehicle, you will find that the stalls are also small; 7) There was no information in the room about the hotel, when breakfast was served or amenities within the hotel, this info was not shared at checkin

Great location for metro, buses and train station. Our room was on street side and was quite noisy. A room on the back would be quieter. Breakfasts were ok but because of COVID measures it was not a buffet

Very convenient location. Comfortable and convenient amenities. Property is beginning to show signs of age (minor chips and cracks). Breakfast at times understaffed, leading to long waits. My room on the south side overlooked a queue for a very popular dance/theatre. Crowds of young people chatting and calling to one another filled the alley from about 8 PM to 4 AM. It seems a very angry neighbor confronted the crowds and - at least temporarily - managed to clear up the problem. Current WiFi is useless - very slow, signal dropped every 2-3 minutes (I had to use my mobile phone's international roaming cellular hotspot to complete reservations and credit card payments). However, management says they are aware and in the process of installing a new system.

I like the location and the general look of the hotel. Also, staff was professional. I did not like the lack of lighting in the room, too dim. Also, lack of connections for devices. The room was not user friendly.
