Arriving on time to tunis ,1/ I don’t find privet care I come by chalet car and will buy 70 Denars ??? 2/ My reservations for 2 person they give me small single room all the material in the room for one person . I will not be again in this hotel I am very sorry to say that I like the hotel and I used seance 10 years befor but this is my last time I send to you emails with photos for that bad room given to me no 328 it was single room small all the material for one person the bathroom bad and not Closd the door of the room broke My reservation was a lack view for 2 person always this rooms in the first floor I don’t know why the reception man how is making cheack in for me change my room and give me this bad room you dont receive all the emails and photos late me know I will repeat it again. I refuse to change the room next days because I have feelings this bad service it’s mutter of bad management I will not return to this hotel

Perfect location walking distance from offices etc.

We came and checked in in the Hotel with my sister in the room there was one complemintary bottle of water we although the reservation made for 2 persons but that was neglected and we asked the person from the House keeping to provide water she said ok but never came back ; the corridors were very hot no Air conditioning which gives frustrating feeling while walking to the room .

Everything was fine. maybe the breakfast manue need to be more options.

Good hotel, bit expensive, friendly staff. Breakfast is a bit hit and miss

During Ramadan, they do not serve buffet for breakfast and we had few problems ordering what we wanted. Except this, the hotel is good.

I was in room 102 WC water flushing was not working When I arrived I found a Open & used water bottle in the minibar. the room has very unpleasant smell. I was completely surprised by the level of the hotel. It was one of the best

A nice hotel overall, with some things to improve on. The interior is a little dated, including the rooms. Check in process was a bit disappointing as the booking system was apparently not working so many guests were left to wait in reception for a long time rather than being manually checked in which I’m sure would have been possible. The shower water temperature in my room was not steady and would go from hot to cold and hot again! The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful and I would probably return again.
