The Fleming Hong Kong

This is a lovely boutique hotel with fabulous decor. We got the large room and it was great. The bed was very comfortable and the layout was nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If this shows up as a VIP hotel for your on hotels.com and says “free food and beverage for 1”- it means a bag of chips and a mini soda water. Don’t be mislead, like we were, to think you might get an actual meal.

Hotel is nice, stylish. Staff is helpful. Overall environment is good and convenient. Slightly noisy during daytime, especially construction going on nearby. Wifi is slightly weak. Late checkout only available till 1pm, slightly early for late risers, especially during the COVID-19 period when most other hotels are offering until 4pm or 6pm

The overall experience is good. The hotel has a great style and enjoyed the stay.

This is a staycation to treat myself during the time that no travelling is about. The Fleming is a nice boutique hotel to stay in with great decor. Close to the CWB and CBD in Hong Kong. Easy to find foods around. Amenities are sufficient except the steamer or iron which have to be requested. Surprised is there’s Apple TV in the room! Staff are nice but not very well trained. I was not provide enough information when I checked in, like when I’m supposed to check out.

Excellent location, hospitality, cleanness and everything else. They merge the Hong Kong Star Ferry elements perfectly into the room and hotel - which I really like and appreciate a lot. The room is very cozy and equipped with all the amenities you need. Their staff is also really nice, especially Vicky, who answered our enquiries and requests very promptly online and we are very pleased to be able to meet her in person when we arrive. They also offer complementary drinks at the restaurant downstairs - where you can find delicious southern Italian cuisine. All in all, we will definitely stay here again!

Clean and well maintained property. Cool interior and great bed. Minimal services I.e. pool etc but that’s Hong Kong. Great location and price.

Overall stay was amazing, the only downside was that the room wasn’t soundproof so if you are a light sleeper, the opening and closing sound of nearby rooms’ door might wake you.

Great location in Wan Chai; super helpful, knowledgeable staff; interesting decor.

From the initial greeting, check -in and delivery of luggage, our experience was exceptional. The room was beautiful, and the bed/mattress was one of the most comfortable we’ve had at any hotel. The location is close to dining, MTR and the Wan Chai Star Ferry. Would stay here again without hesitation.
